      I previously was with Assurance wireless and not happy with my actual device not necessarily the service. One evening during the week I had someone from Excess asking if I wanted to see if I qualified. I explained I had a free phone. Then a few minutes later two Excess representatives came back and, to be honest, pushed the phone service so hard and for so long I gave in. Initially I was happy with both the device and service. That was in the end of 2023. Three days ago (10/9/24) I woke up and noticed my phone had this floating notification on the top stating "emergency calls only". I tried to log into Excess telecoms website, and they couldn't find my account. I then submitted a ticket to customer service in which I was quickly given a response. This had 3 options to remedy my situation. After those attempts failed, I decided to reset my phone to factory setup and decided to attempt to get into my account once more. I was then given a message on my screen stating they do not cover my area . AFTER A YEAR OF SERVICE??? Also, my phone constantly said apps weren't' working when I was in fact using them, called emergency while I was sleeping and it was in another room. I know it's free but where's the integrity?
