      I paid 21$ for services for a FREE TABLET. towards the middle of May the tablet I got the screen completely fell out the of it. Just because I wasn't able to use the tablet for several months they take it a pond themselves to cancel my services.Now I'm highly irritated and upset. And it's not right something needs to be done about Excess Telecom.

      0 stars I should have checked here first . I did sign up but I had cricket and it says you may have a service and a benefited tablet. I thought I would have the option to choose but I didnt and it cut off my aCP with cricket and my bill came without the credit and I cant switch back until July . A tablet showed up in 2 days and got delivered to another house . Luckily I have a good neighbor. Anyway they gave it to me and the chip was installed and I turned it on and I was led to believe unlimited everything. There is a number and Im not going to use it Im not going to sign up with my ****** info, which it asks for just to use the tablet because I want to switch my benefits back. I get emails saying to use it or I will lose it. But I wont . This is a scam idk how this is authorized. Btw when I checked the tracking it said that I didnt exist as a customers. Not even my email. So something def is iffy .

      This company is very unprofessional. I'm so glad I cancel early with this company. All they want is your benefits. They know the tablets they send out will stop working. My tablet only worked for 4 days.. So that should tell you something. Caution, be careful with your benefits with Excess Telecom. Once they get your information they will do anything to keep you hooked to them with a broke tablet. You've been warned.

      They sent me tablet i never pay with a phone number i never sign up for they will not pick up the phone i am just on hold with music playing it been 21 minutes and no one pick up the phone

      I did the same made an inquiry about their services an all of a sudden Im paying $11.18 for services of the tablet after I got the tablet that I never said I was switching from cricket to their company, I just answered questions on their Website Excess Telecom, Now Im being led to believe its not unlimited data where at first I was led to believe I am, which now its 15 data mo. Im still on hold, I called 1 number an they gave me another # to call. I could hardly understand the guy an he was stuttering on his reply to me, I believe its a scam just to get government money, Im still on the phone an no answer on hold now for ******************** dont just answer questions, because, they will transfer your Account without your consent. Be careful, , the first number says Hollywood, **. Scamming ppl. I truly believe,

      They just stole $20 from me offering $100 ******* gift card and stole my money! I am pregnant and have five kids to care for and because I couldn't deposit $60 more onto my card right then, they said they would call back at the end of the month, blocked my number, I talked to chat customer service and they ignored the fact money was STOLEN! DO NOT USE EXCESS TELECOM JEEZ!!!!!

      This company sent me a phone the size of a tablet without any correspondence with them whatsoever. How they got my personal information is beyond me. They have stolen my ACP benefits. Cannot get in touch with anyone there. Wait forever on hold with no answer. This is a SCAM on ******** citizens.

      Field agent quick to sign you up to get credit, then just as quick to drop you like a hot potatoe when it comes to cuatomer service.Also, phone died second week i had it. Agent would not even swap out the battery to test if phone or battery was bad. Told to send it in to get a rebuilt phone. That was another nightmare...Save ******************* select another carrier....or you will regret it.

      Dont want the service .They will not answer there phones they can get the tablet back tried to cancel the service 4 times they wont answer there phones!!
