  When I asked the agent for a tracking number, he started reciting a number really fast, and when i asked him to repeat it he went silent and did not respond to my request. Before that, he kept getting off the line to speak to his superiors. This is a scam-there was not tracking number whatsoever, and the original application sent me to Excess Telecom without my permission. There was never a request for payment type or proof of any kind. In the meantime, they have my SSN and my name and address. How to proceed legally to shut this down, advice anyone?!

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE All I wanted to do was import my phone number. I called twice, sent 2 emails and one time has a chat. The issue was NEVER resolved.The first hold lasted 43 minutes and only to be hung up because they couldn't understand me. The chat told me to call. No response on the email.The second hold lasted 40 minutes and I hung up because I could not understand the person.Their customer service needs to learn English, this is ***************** not some third world country.

  Hi , I just received a tablet from them after just filling out an inquiry. Can somebody please tell me more about the problems with them because I dont want to be in any mess or any trouble and Im trying to avoid that please help me.

  Simply theft.. took $$$ from my account and claim it was never taken by them and I should call my bank. For $11 most people will probably let it go because of the hassle.. How these companies even get away with this is ridiculous. $11 from 100 people a day, do the math. Thiefs should have their hands chopped off like in long past history!

  Never wanted just inquired, and they switched my ACP never signed or agreed I said no they wanted me to pay a fee. Now I lost my discount from service provider I use. I didnt get any device or anything. I didnt even know this company name until I got a txt telling me the switch my discount. Shame on them targeting poor disabled people. All I can say is Dont even stop to ask for any information they say free it is not and now I have to try to get my discount back

  As far as the overall mission that this business has, a collaboration with ***************** Government to provide wireless connectivity in a discounted form or a physical device through the ***** program funded by the government. That's obviously a good thing for those in need. On the other hand, my fiance and I just applied and received our device with data/internet on the 27th of April 2023. Excited to have received it so quickly, we opened it up and managed to get it all set up. DEVICE- BLU M8L PLUS (Tablet). After a couple days passed we realized that the tablet had a couple issues. The battery doesn't charge and it also does not receive data signal which it should. So unfortunately I'm bound to wifi only. The tablet itself is glitchy too. So we contacted Excess Telecom and after explaining the issues, the informed me that I had to pay for the replacement and shipping of the old one back too them. I feel this is unfair and shouldn't be permissable.
