      Wish I could give them zero stars!!!Their ppl told me I was eligible for free tablet thru ACP. My application went rt thru because I was already in the system (I had ACP cell phone), I told them that - but they did NOT tell me they transferred my ACP cell phone to their tablet. Found out later when cell phone stopped working. Called ******* (agt) who told me to call mgr ***** - he told me to use tablet for 30 days and then tfr back to phone,. But you use tablet once every 30 days and you get another 30 days. **** Svc nbr recording then disconnects you. Their ppl keep calling me because tablet shows "inactive" - I will never use it - I need cell phone! July 7 I transferred tablet back to Assurance Wireless. On july 8 I got confirmation email from Excess that this was done. However Assurance Wireless did not get tfer and their ppl keep calling me re "inactive" tablet- they have no record of this tfer. They also did NOT send me anything -email or phone - with their info that this was done back in June. I am senior citizen, health issues - and they leave me without any phone.

      Excess telecom shipped to me &while I was in hospital someone stole it. I called to say I didn't have it so they'd cancel the service & send me replacement. I know it wasn't their fault either ***** left pkg on 1st floor by mailboxes but rep said they're investigating.... investigating what? I don't doubt it came here& it got stolen but if I had it here& needed it for school would I've reported? Felt like I was being accused of lying. Thanks and if you call them be prepared to be on hold forever even @ exactly 9 my time est

      I am highly ****** off. I talked to a representative from excess telecom about them not sending out the tablet at all . The customer service woman informed me that nothing is being sent out because I did not finish the application. Then a couple of hours later I received an email saying the tablet was still sent out. After the horrible review about this place, I do not want the tablet. They blatantly lied to me and still sent it out. If they try to mess with any of my phone lines, I will *** them.

      This is a total scam. I received a package that I keep putting to return to sender on and it keeps coming back to me. I never once opened it and certainly didn't give Anyone permission to change my service provider. I didn't even know they did until I got my internet bill this month from my regular provider. Now I'm fighting to get the bill straightened out and they are telling me I owe both companies for services. It's a freaking nightmare.

      One of the employees stole my indentity and used it for a free tablet for himself. This program was created unethical politicians. Im currently in the process of taking legal action. smh

      I paid $11 for a tablet that claimed I'd get UNLIMITED talk, text and data for FREE for 1 year. Never at any time was I told it would transfer my *** benefit to accomplish this. They took control of my benefit WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and caused a lot of problems for me with my home internet service provider. As soon as I knew they switched my benefit, I had it switched back the way I had it (they way I decided to use it) and started using the tablet on wifi only. An agent called me almost immediately to inform me that my service was disconnected and they'd be happy to help me reconnect it. I politely declined and expressed my feelings about the unauthorized transfer of my benefits. They then told me they sent me a new tablet and that I should receive it in 10days via *** but I never asked for another one. It never did arrive. This same scenario played out the exact same way over 6 subsequent phone calls they made to me. I requested many times they stop calling & ended up blocking all numbers they called from. I got 1 tablet originally (now it won't hold a charge after complaining to them) & promised 7 more FREE that never arrived. They wasted my time, stole my info, took control of my ***, and are the rudest liars I've ever encountered. Every agent has an accent so thick you can't understand them. I AM NOT OKAY WITH THAT. I'm filling a complaint with, including but not limited to, the ** ************************** the **** the *** National Verifier, the BBB, the ************************* my local law enforcement office, radio, television, newspapers, the ********** of ****** and ***** Services, and because I am a ** Navy veteran, the ********** of ********* Affairs. No company has the right to steal from the customers they serve. Those that do, MUST be held accountable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXCESS TELCOM!!

      ZERO STARS. Had no right to change my service provider. Who gave them permission? Who the h*** wants this piece of junk tablet that I never asked for?SCAM SCAM SCAM Sure, saved $30 but the company was charging me $30. So what was I saving NOTHING.

      Got a tablet they took my acp off my cell plan that's fine but the tablet service isn't working sat on hold yesterday for 3 hours no picked up trying again today and I have emailed them let's see if they pick up
