      Just received an unordered tablet, don't want it, didnt sign up for anything. Now, what to do with an unwanted tablet I didnt order? I'm not moving a muscle , not going to **** post office. Not going to ***********, or anything. They can send someone to pick it up from smiling me. :(

      I received a phone call from a representative with Express Telecom on Sunday regarding my internet. When I informed the representative that I already have the benefit through Spectrum the representative hung up.

      Received bad tablet, attempted to call, after 25 minutes of no one answering I hung up. This company is into ripping people off. This company should not be allowed in any low income or senior programs.

      This company is a fraud. They sign you up for this free tablet under the guise of being the *** (affordable connectivity program) in which they are not the *** but a third party contracted with the ***. They then ask for a small fee to send your free tablet. As they process your order they have acquired enough of your private information that if you are on the *** program with an internet or phone company they transfer your account to their service. So they now have received the legitimate $100 credit allowed (for ***) for a device and took over your $30 monthly credit which in turn cancelled your *** benefits with your existing service. After several hours on the phone with my internet provider, *** government representative and Excess Telecom customer service ( took them over an hour just to answer my call, on hold that long)I was able to cancel service with Excess and reactivate my wirh my internet provider. Excess said i was still to receive the free tablet (I didnt even complete the online order) and gave me a ***** tracking number that was 30 characters long ( I knew this was a bogus number) For kicks I did try the number and as predicted it was invalid. SO BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!!Keep in mind all of this happened and I didnt even complete my application and order!!!!!!

      I fell for the free tablet service and paid the fee. They have my SSN number. My card number. My birthday. I called the bank to dispute the transaction. Meanwhile, I received the supposed ***** tracking number (which is 30 digits long). The number comes back as invalid on ***** tracking page. This is how I concluded it is a scam. Someone does answer from enrollment but the person sent me to supposed customer service where I grew tired of waiting on hold for 25 minutes. I called back realizing I wasn't going to eat anywhere the second time. How dirty. What a dirty rotten low down scum bag thing to do to people.

      This company is a scam they will steal you identity wont let you delete the program or pick up the phone or get back you via email. Poor item even if they send you a tablet it is either broken or never work. Horrible to do this to unsuspecting older people on a fixed income have to deal with my original ACP internet company. So upsettimg.

      I have been dealing with them for over a month. No tablet and no refund. Please don't apply for anything with Excess Telecom, they will rip you off and use your identity. They do not deserve any stars.

      Sent me a tablet that I did not ask for. Turned it into my local PD and they said this company is a known scamming outfit!!
