This is a total and complete scam. They stole my personal information only. Changing my phone number so they could get my ACP credit. Do not give them any information. Don't even click on their website to get information. If I could have left zero stars I would have.

My ACP was transfered to this company but there is no service here from them, I can't figure how they could just transfer my ACP without my knowledge, I have talked to a Tech there and they explained that I had no internet service from them here, can't understand why they didn't unenroll me then , so I could get my ACP back where it belongs !! This is so frustrating !!!!

Buyer beware. When you apply for the government *** discount program there is an option to receive a free tablet. If you take this option, you will receive a tablet WITH NO SIM CARD and no contact that the tablet is coming and no instructions how to activate. The tablet is from Excess Telecom, when I finally tracked down this company, I was informed that to activate the tablet it would mean cancelling my **** internet, but there would be no monthly charges for internet service. **** states that if I qualify for the *** program, they will issue a $30 discount on my monthly bill. So, my error was to indicate I would accept a free tablet. All of this seems very strange to me, and I am leery of an internet provider I have never heard of. If I refuse to switch to my internet provider, I have to return the tablet AT MY EXPENSE. I am going to return the tablet and wait to see if I am qualified for the *** program and the $30 discount.

This company is a sham. I received a tablet in the mail with no return address. Included was a telephone number that said if I wanted to use this phone number. I did not use the phone number. Last month I realized my home phone bill was $57.00 plus taxes higher. I called ****** they are crooks too). They advised me that my ACP was ported out to another company - AT& T told me to call ACP which I did. ACP told me the name of the company Excess Telecom and gave me their number. ACP stated that once I get a cancellation-which takes 24 hours I could get back on the program.I am a 75 year old senior. I called Telecom and was on the phone for 47 minutes-no answer. I went on the website could not find a cancellation according to the message that is the recording. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions????

This is a horrible company and you should not do business with them! Can anyone tell me how I can switch to another cellular provider for the *** program now that I have made such a stupid decision?? This company is bad from the reps out in public signing up the public for their scam to every individual you speak to or have any communication with at the call center. How do these people sleep at night???

I received a Email saying that I was approved for the tablet, but when I called to confirm it the representative acted suspicious and had no knowledge of the email they sent me. They couldn't even find my account. They didn't know my name, address, or email. The lady representative acted suspicious. The kept asking for my name and email but they couldn't find it no where as they kept trying to locate my account. They only knew my name, address, and email, as i was giving it to them over the phone as i was talking to them .( I told them If you know my address, then confirm it. but they kept stalling me and acting suspicious!) They also couldn't find my account threw my phone# which they had no record of . That there was suspicious enough for me to definitely think they're a ***.They had no info online that I applied for a tablet. I'm on low income is why I signed up online. To me this was suspicious to me. They were also asking for a ***** payment to send the tablet which I refused to give them my personal banking info cause they seem like a fraud. So since they were weird, I refused to give them my banking info . I think they are a scam just buy the way they answered the phone. The even have a fake setup to pretend like their a company, and they're not. Never give your personal info to scammers, they will clean out your bank account and take 1000's from you, and you wont get it back. Also I seen this advertisement on Instagram, even the person advertising it seemed suspicious, they weren't listing the full details of the tablet. They said nothing about a ***** payment. Online they're saying the tablet cost $100.00 for 8" in & $115.00 for 10 inch. The person advertising it said nothing about this payment. I definitely wouldn't recommend this fake advertisement. I tried "lifeline" instead which seemed like a legit company

Inquired about free ACP WiFi, didnt sign up. Just inquired. Two weeks later I get a tablet in the mail, with a phone number and a note saying that is my new phone number. I have tried to contact them without any success. I see here that they are scammers. I havent sent them any money. But Im wondering if they are getting my ACP funds. ????
