      So far with what they could help me with . They do seem helpful and answered my questions on time. I need replacement tablet and they directed me to customer service center where they could further help me. He did supply me with their phone number so Im pretty satisfied.

      I suspect fraudulent activity from this company. I made the mistake of giving them my address and email address, thinking they were a government organization from an ad on ********* I did not order their service or the "free" tablet. They signed me up anyway. Today, I phoned customer service to "opt out" of their un-requested service. I was forced to say yes to I would not be eligible for the *** program in order to get this individual to cancel my service that I never requested and didn't want. Now I have read of their many manipulative practices. The government should shut these scammers down.

      I canceled services with this company on January 26ht, 2024 due to receiving up to 25 telephone calls per day asking IF I wanted to continue using the services. Due to being Harassed with 100s of phone calls per month I decided to LEAVE your company.I requested on several occasions to NOT BE CALLED anymore regarding this service because I am NO LONGER with the company. I also requested to be OPTED OUT and applied to Be OPTED OUT from your company or representatives calling me at. I have asked each and every telephone representative calling me from this and 100 other phone numbers when I block them to stop calling me! I even sent mail requesting to not be called or contacted to Excess telecomm:#1) **** peachtree parway ******* ** ***** #2). Po Box ***** ************** ** ***** #3). ************************************************************** I simply want this company to stop calling me all day everyday! I am no longer getting services with this company. When you Block their calls they will call you from another number.

      I liked application and paid 11$ copay on January 8, ****. The website says my copay was accepted *** processed, but gives me no update on the tablet itself. But I keep getting emails and texts telling me I haven't completed the application, when I clearly did everything right. It's been longer than 5 to 7 business days. No one will help me. I spoke woth a guy through chat. He took forever and refused to understand I didn't have an account number because no one has sent me it. This is incredibly frustrating. I'd like to have the tablet. Or my 11$ back please.

      If I could give ZERO stars I would! After trying to apply the site told me there were errors and I didn't qualify, or something like that. About a week later I received the tablet in the mail. That was about a year ago. After a couple months I decided that I didn't want it because of continued calls and texts. These were at ALL hours, day and night, weekdays and weekends. The harassment just wasn't worth it. They CONTINUE to call and text from all different numbers. I tell them repeatedly that I don't want their service and to lose my number. They have called, asked for me, and hung up immediately after I confirm who I am. They will also hang up on me as soon as I tell them that I absolutely do not want their services anymore. I call back and they just hand up on me, after confirming who I am. I don't know what else to do. BEWARE!! Go somewhere else for your needs.

      I placed an order with Express Telecom for a 10-in tablet what they sent me was a 8-in tablet they're unwilling to refund my money that I paid for the service or to refund or replace the tablet they would not let me speak with a supervisor or provide any assistance on this problem avoid this company at all cost I also have a screenshot that shows the order was for 10-in tablet they like to apparently practice bait and switch policies

      I recently signed up for ACP through my cable provider. I received a tablet I the mail which I did not order not want. I called to return the tablet. I was transferred around and hung up on ************ wanted all my info. All over again to verify my account ( he didn't get it). He then told me to wait a month if the tablet was not activated by the end of 30 days they would automatically cancel. I then got a bill for services. Which I already have through my current company of 4 yrs. This won't get pd.
