      It was time for me to recertify my ******** subsidy through the *** prigram I have had *** Cable for 3 years under the *** program. I filled out the *** application to recertify with ***. Somehow my application got hijacked by Excess Telecom. I received a tablet in the mail I did not order. They are trying to apply my monthly subsidy to the tablet, when in fact I have used my *** subsidy for ******** services through *** Cable for the past 3 years. I spoke to 3 different representatives today from Excess Telecom to get this issue resolved. I was advised they cancelled my subsidy with them and I was free to use it again with *** Cable. We will see what happens. They did not ask for the tablet to be shipped back. Excess Telecom is somehow scamming low income people into using their monthly internet benefit for a cheap tablet and they need to be investigated by the proper authorities.

      My mother's ACP was fraudulently transferred to Excess Telecom, Inc. She has never heard of them or ever used their service. This was a fraudulent tranfer and usage of her ACP discount. Clearly others have had this experience. Excess Telecom, Inc. needs to be reported.

      I got a scam email from Excess Telecom where I was approved for New Tablet + Free Data!I have never applied, Don't know this company.How do they know my info!!!!!!Reading other peoples similar complain, whats going on!??????!!!

      I don't know where all the problems come in with the excess tablet I didn't pay nothing for mine and the internet is free. I've had no issues whatsoever and I've had mine for a few months now.

      Received a phone laying on my bench outside my front door. I mistakenly did apply, then got my old phone back working, so did not follow through to accept my account with ************************ tried their reported support email and it was returned mailer daemon. I phoned their number and it was invalid.I want to immediately return the phone, so am contacting fed ex to find out how to do so.I consider this a dangerous scam.

      After shipping my package they changed the address and I never received it and it was delivered to someone else they refuse to give me the shipping address they sent it to this is a scam

      I applied for a free tablet. Was told to pay 11 dollar copay. Was told that it would be delivered in 2-7 business days. Well it's 14 days today and still nothing. When you contact them there treat you like c*** and all they tell you is to refer to the tracking number provided. I've contacted ***** they say that the package was handed off to the **** when I contacted them they told me that they didn't have any packages

      Been signed up for 8 months but have only been able to enjoy service for 2 months. I had to request a replacement tablet after 2 months. I took 2 months to get replacement, only for it not to work. Then was told that I would have to pay more money to mail tablet back. So, I did that, and it's now been 3 months and still no new tablet. Every time I call, they say they will have a supervisor look into it. Yep, and guess it supervisor never calls back nor fixes the problem.This company is a scam.

      I can't rate any higher because I haven't received my tablet yet . I have entered and setting here a waiting and waiting. But no deliveries so far
