      Fraudulent as can be! SCAM! I was getting a credit from the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) for my internet. I received a email email for a tablet for $11 from this company. I accepted and they started getting paid my credit but wouldn't give me internet. Although the program ends in April I was able to get it switched back for one more month. They don't tell you when you buy the tablet. You're switching your internet which they don't even provide. They make you use your media. Meaning the government is paying $30 to them and you get NOTHING! NOT connected to this complaint. ******* gives billions of dollars to every country in the world. But when it comes to ********* we have to struggle. Even **** who chants death to *******. And ***** our flag. 38% percent of our homeleis actually fought for this country. I think wounded warriors project is amazing. As is tunnels to towers. But why should we have to spend $19 or $11 a month? When it's the government that should be furnishing houses and taking care of the homeless? Not to mention the ones that never came home. Never forget 911. And God bless *******!????????

      Received a text that I signed up for Excess Telecom and another to check my benefits. I did not sign up and customer service states that there is no account under my name.

      I informed them there equipment was sent to me and I do not us there service I use Xfinity . They informed me I can keep there equipment a I will not be charged I asked for the service to be canceled then they said it will take 30 day why 30 days if I never used there service the I'm informed there are multiple services under my account I told them I don't use there service that they do not get a signal from my address EXCESS TELECOM are using my ACP benefits so they can receive government money I want me account canceled

      I had to use the chat feature and found out information that I did not know about was going to lose service sometime in April unless I paid for it.Oh well at least I know now.Thanks

      Texting my cell saying my service will expire soon.... never signed up and never heard oc them. SCAM!!!!!

      I recieved my tablet from them. It works great. They are a great company to work with. No problems at all with them. This month I ran out of Date and they gave me 5gb free Data until mine was refreshed. Crisply is the lady I chatted with and she was super sweet. Chat was fast and easy.

      Paid for the tablet a month ago. It's not the money part that bothers me. It's the continuing of forwarding my calls to another representative and then the phone disconnects then go back to the original person I was talking to and then hangs up after the person says he keeps getting disconnected from me. I called 2 times and the same thing happened. The guy even called my number back and it hung up again. It's definitely not my phone. I don't like complaining but if it says that my payment was received a month ago, then there ya have it. Stay Blessed everyone

      This company is fraudulent and just want to get money from the government. I told them I dont want the tablet and asked for address to send back and they have called me about 6 different times and each person will hang up on me when I ask that question.I will be reporting them to the BBB now because they are harassing me and I am getting sick of it.

      Been waiting since Dec 14th, 2023, for a tablet and a sim card. Today is 2/28/2024 and no tablet or sim card. I believe this to be a fraud.
