      This was a long process .returned a radio had hrs of tech talk. But wih any new product you have to make changes. I finally got it the way I wanted it. Looks awsome sounds great. Tech support stayed with me the whole time..

      Received my radio in the mail as expected, grated it took them 3 months to send it once ordering. They claimed they were waiting for the manufacture to send them a new radio, even though it was a return item I had purchased. Once receiving it and installing it, there were endless issues. The backup camera was a very small afterthought in the corner of a large screen. Very cheap... Other issues began to arise. I had to take the top compartment to my dash off every time I started my car to jiggle a wire to get the radio to turn on, the android auto never worked, parts of the touch screen never worked so many of my apps were useless as I could not interact with them. I initiated a return and since I purchased a returned Item I could only get a replacement Item. They then insisted on online tech support before they would even reconsider a return. I finally got them to accept my return and they have officially had the item for over 3 weeks and they continuously tell me they are working on possessing the return. They have the return item and my money. Thieves if you ask me!

      This company is trash. I sent a messed up unit back and got new one and it was worst that the first Asked for a refund they said it's out of warranty because of how long it takes them to return calls. Still fighting with them. STAY AWAY. NO GOOD COMPANY ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY WILL FIGURE OUT A WAY TO KEEP HALF OR ALL.

      Your order was delivered on June 17, 2022, and the echo sound issue happened on Sep 22, 2022, we sent the return shipping label for you to process the exchange, but you did not send it back to exchange, instead of requesting refund on January 5, 2023, and it already out of our 30 days warranty for full refund, according to our return policy, we need to charge 40% restocking fee, but you did not reply to it, and raised same echo issue on April 7, 2023, and after that we sent the label for you again to do the exchange/repair. This whole process has been over the refund warranty. You requested to get the full refund, we cannot process the refund anymore.

      Buyer beware. I purchased a unit for my Yukon to install. I noticed that the installation manual link on the website didn't work. When I contacted ***************** they mentioned that they don't have an installation manual for my vehicle - GMC Yukon.The package arrived within about a week. The box looked pretty rough and looked like it had been used multiple times. Lots of tape that had been cut open and retaped on the outside of the box, and cut open, retaped, etc.I opened the box to find the unit damaged, the k*** broken, and the corner of the unit poking thru the side of the box. The box used for shipping was too small for the actual unit so it couldn't lay flat and was at an angle so the corner was forced into the side of the box. There wasn't much plastic wrapping and more than half of the bubbles popped on the wrapping so there wasn't much protection for the unit.I contacted customer service with lots of pictures of the damaged unit but they wanted me to file a shipping claim. The issue wasn't a shipping issue, it wasn't packaged correctly which led to the damage. I had to go back and forth with them to return the unit. Once it was returned, they told me that it was damaged and only gave a partial refund. Of course, it was damaged, this is why I want to return it.I keep going back and forth with them to get a full refund and am still fighting with them.I would stay away from this company.I think they are sending out broken units hoping that shipping insurance will take care of it.

      Awesome unit! Love how it keeps the stock look, lots of features for my needs. Had an install issue that got resolved quickly with tech support. Lead Time was a bit of wait. Overall this android PX6 unit is wonderful, definitely worth it. Would do business again!Thanks Phoenix crew!!!

      Excellent customer service. Order was promptly delivered, and minor issue with installation was quickly resolved. In an age of computerized phone trees and pre-programmed responses, speaking with a human and getting quick answers is very refreshing. Good job, Phoenix.
