      I got the unit 2 weeks later but the unit didn't work properly the ** blew half cold and hot, the carplay, Bluetooth didn't work and the sync 2 screen wouldn't function. After 14+ hours of on the phone technical support ad messing with the unit (Software updates sent to me) I asked for refunds twice and did the forms. They didn't respond to the forms and every time I call it does straight to voicemail on all they're numbers. I asked the young lady on the call 10 times to just refund it and all she said is we have to confirm it doesn't work regardless of if I don't want it.

      The unit took a little longer to arrive than expected. The fit was great and tech support was excellent since I had some wires crossed and needed help figuring out the layout. Thank you Phoenix for your support and help.

      Reading others reviews from customers of Phoenix automotive was terrifying everyone screaming stay away don't order from them their scammers but let me tell you my experience I ordered my radio which is for a jeep grand cherokee year ***** mines a 2018 on March 15th 2024 I received it on March 26th at 12ish noon central time Radio seems to be in perfect /new condition I haven't installed yet so if the radio works which I'm sure it does I will come back for a part 2 of the review but let me give a lil advice on my method that work so what I did was take a picture of my factory radio and ac unit then I screenshotted my vehicle window sticker which have all the options your vehicle has mines is a fully loaded trackhawk and with that method they didn't have to contact me they had all the information they needed from the window sticker option sheet....thanks phoenix automotive for being a great experience for me.....so my honest opinion is people order and don't follow up correctly with the picture they ask you for and extra information they need and I used massager app to keep contact with them on questions about my unit they responded every time within a hour no matter the time 10 out of 10...I'll be back for part 2 of the review if the unit doesn't work or if it has a problem

      They confirmed it would work with my vehicle, and then of course half of the things they said would work didn't. Even my backup camera which is basic no longer worked. Sent it in for a replacement after spending hours with their tech support, only for them to just refund partially and never send my full money back nor a replacement working unit. Buyer beware!! Lucky I used PayPal and about to open a dispute.
