      Do Not waste your time with this conpany! Ordered in April, received in November. They sent me the wrong panel for a older trim model. Totally different from what was promised to me. The said oops, now ur stuck with it or return it. After spending $900.00 and waiting for so long. Save urself the ******, do not order from them!!!

      I purchased the extennded warranty with my radio. The screen seperated from the unit within a week of install. I even tried to work with the company and glued the screen back myself. It seperated again and I've been trying to arrange a return ever since. I call the company and they schedule a bunch of calls and emails and I never get a resolution. I have to keep calling and scheduling a tech support call. They say I'll get a return label and I never get one. The radio is full of glitches also. They can probably be fixed with software updated but that is hard to achieve. The radio doesn't come with any paperwork. Finding solutions online is a struggle. Please fix my radio.

      Had some issues with getting the radio installed and working properly on my 2019 Ram Powerwagon. Worked first with ****** and then with ****. Both were amazing but **** was exceptional. Fast responses and very patient as we worked thru the issues and got everything resolved. Great product and fantastic support.

      They are scammers and will NOT ship your order, they will take your money then IGNORE you. If they're not ignoring you, they're giving you the runaround and nothing but a bunch of BS! This is a HORRIBLE company with even more HORRIBLE customer service! It's a ***** based company and the resellers are located in **********. DO NOT BUY A RADIO FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
