  I have read through many posts prior to this one and agree very closely with "**************" on delivery. I also think that we have become ****** expectant of receiving things "yesterday," that we order online. We fail to realize that people like you and I work every day in these companies! So, with that said; I have had multiple interactions with this company over these past months; "Phoenix Automotive," because of my own personal inability to successfully negotiate my way around a new Tesla style radio. I am an "old school" type individual not used to finding my way around within such new equipment! The young folks at Phoenix Auto; such as, *****************, have helped me tremendously. **** has the patience and the knowledge of not only a wonderful technician, but that of someone who can interface successfully with others not as knowledgeable as is needed to negotiate with this new technology existing in our world today.I have read multiple reviews about this company, Phoenix Auto and some have been good, while others suggest to steer clear of it. In these passed months I have come to learn that the weak link many times, is the consumer of such a product! These are amazing products; we just need to become patient enough to ************* around them. My hat is respectfully off for the technical help and support which I have received from folks; such as, ***************** (in *****) as well as some here stateside in *******************; such as, Ric and ****** who have also extended wonderfully patient support to folks such as myself.In these past few years, sometimes there have been products sold online that fail to receive follow-up support enough to allow us "non-technical" folks to successfully use our new devices; not so with this company "Phoenix Auto," they have been there for me every step of the way and as an older non-technical individual myself, I will happily endorse their company as one that you, the consumer, can trust and move forward with in the years to come!

  Took a while to receive unit but it's great install was easy. Had a problem one harness I forgot to plug up. **************** was great and helped figure it out.

  It took a while to receive the radio but when i did i enjoyed the features and the all around functions of the radio. The design fit perfect with some very small modifications upon installation. Did have an issue where the screen stopped functioning. I was able to get in contact with a tech to resolve the issue but the delivery of the replacement will tale forever to receive. I was emailed a shipping label which i couldnt obtain without going through all kinds of loops. I had to eventually ship **** 2 day shipping and pay an additional 30 dollars to send the broken device. Now i have to patiently wait as they go through *** ground service and there is no telling how long it may be when i will get my replacement so as of now im stuck with my factory radio that has on am and fm stationing and a disc player in which you know in these times that is considered ancient and historical times

  This is a Radio Scamming Company..I received a radio that never worked every correspondence was online with months in between response.they made me send the radio bk for repair after they refused to give a refund..its been 2 months still havent sent me anything just robbed meDO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING A RADIO FROM THESE GUYS! Theres some guy in a basement somewhere in CA. With stolen car parts and a computer calling himself (Pheonix Android CEO)

  Horrible company bought Telsa style radio for a ***************** late 2022 and not knowing about the 120 day warranty until contacting them and sending all the information to them, after a month of negotiations, they stated I was pass my warranty. What a joke. Buyer just beware??? The problem was after a week the screen went black, reset to factory after a day goes black again. Even offered to send back and let their technical team look at it. No answer from that. I should have known, previously bought the exact same radio from overseas and the company technicians stated that they don't work on radios that you did not buy from Phoenix, so me being a great customer and bought one and this is the thanks I get. WOW stay away

  I ordered an Android 10 Sc7862 for a GMC truck and waited 4 months to receive it. I got practically no communication, not from lack of trying, from them when I received an email saying it had shipped from *****. I received full tracking and watched it come to my door step. Once I received the unit it took me less than an hour to install it. Super simple. I did have an issue with the unit as my front speakers didnt work among other things. I set up a call with customer service. Before the call I looked at the install to make sure everything was connected. I noticed that 2 of the connectors were the same and I only used one of them. So I moved the plug over and all was fixed. I canceled my call and received a confirmation from Phoenix that I wanted to cancel it. Now that I have had it for 6 months I have the sound dialed in and it sounds awesome. Loud (enough) clear (no distortion at max ******* and my little factory 6.5 subwoofer actually shakes the mirror and you can feel it. So much better than the stock unit. Im still using all the stock Bose speakers and amps. There are several different places in the unit to set different aspects of the sound. I have had no issues with CarPlay or any of the other features that I have tried to use. The longer I have it the more I like it. I just wish there was a manual or websites stating what all the different menu settings do or supposed to do. I understand that it would be different depending on the vehicle but something explaining the reason for the menu item. I would definitely buy this again. I have had no trouble with the unit and even though I never actually used customer service they did make me an appointment immediately. Hope if I need them they will be there again. These reviews are either 5 or 1 stars so Im guessing the results are based on how the customer is perceived by the customer service team. Be nice and work with them and they will do the same. Being in business myself I know what they are dealing with.

  Ordered an Android 10 unit for my vehicle back in November. It arrived by December. Installation was probably the easiest install I've ever done, with everything being plug and play and all necessary adapters provided by the company. When I had a question, a meeting was promptly setup and my questions were answered. So far the unit has worked flawlessly and the sound quality is fantastic for an android radio. Currently running stock interior speakers, 1/500 Rockford and two JL audio 10s. All vehicle OEM settings are accessible and functional and the android os has been working great as well. 5/5 all day.
