      I wanted to share my experience and review of the **style unit I purchased from Phoenix Automotive. I ordered it on June 21st, and it arrived in less than two weeks, which was a pleasant surprise considering it was shipping from ******Over the weekend, I installed the unit and encountered an issue with the ** buttons not working. To my surprise, I was able to speak with a customer service representative on my first attempt at calling. They walked me through the installation process, and the young lady from Phoenix Automotive was friendly and helpful. She identified that I had not pushed the CANBUS connector all the way in.The next day, I had another issue with my *** antenna, so I called back and was scheduled with a tech support specialist the same day. Phoenix Automotive called me back and assisted me with my issue once again. I learned that the *** antenna needed to be placed on top of the dashboard for a strong signal. Once again, it was my error that caused the weak signal problem.It's been a week now, and the unit has been working flawlessly. I couldn't have done it without the help of the support team at Phoenix Automotive. If you're experiencing an issue, I highly recommend contacting them by phone or scheduling a voice call with their tech support specialists.Overall, I highly recommend Phoenix Automotive. Their customer service is exceptional, and their products great, as long as you RTFM!

      I had a fantastic experience with **** when updating the software on my 13.6" Vertical Screen Android 12 Fast ********************** She was instrumental in ensuring my AC functioned perfectly with the new unit. ****'s professionalism and technical skills were evident as she guided me through the process with ease. Her commitment to providing excellent service made a significant difference. I couldn't have asked for better support. Highly recommend **** for her exceptional service and expertise!

      Absolutely horrible customer service. I was lied to through the entire process. Made my purchase on 3 June. The item was said to be in stock and would ship immediately. I found this to be totally untrue as my first customer service call I was informed the item was magically in back order from *****. I was told to call back the next week for an update. This led to a series of calls where I was being told the same thing from seemingly the same woman who used different names each time she answered the phone. This business should be shut down immediately.

      The product is great,need a few or changes,really needs better ******* videos,vehicle specific and better step by step at a slower pace but all in all I'm very pleased with product and support

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Avoid Phoenix Automotive!Unit came as defective. Sent back complete unit with all of the mounting hardware and cables for a new replacement. I received a used unit in a tore up box without any of the mounting hardware almost 2 months later. Then, they tell me I dont qualify for a refund because its beyond 30 days. A horrible experience!! I purchased from Phoenix because of their US presence. Youre better off buying from Ali ******* at a much lower price! The service from Phoenix is just as much of a ******!
