    They sent me a mail saying that I will be receiving a settlement for $1250 from previous employer since then the case got approved disbursed and I'm trying to get a hold of them they' don't reply neither send check

    This case will most likely be disbursed in August, pending it is fully funded by the defendants. Monthly installments have been agreed upon.     Was promised a check for a class action lawsuit from my old employer. Submitted multiple change of address and check re-issue forms on their website and have not heard back from them in over 3 months. Have called multiple times as well and have not gotten in contact with anyone there.

    I am a part of a class action lawsuit in which ILYM Group is the settlement administrator. The settlement stated that checks would be mailed no later than 126 days from August 8th 2023. which would be December 12th 2023. however no check has been received. after attempting to call the number listed on the website it directed me to a full voicemail box. and filling out a web form on there site does not work.

    I am part of a class action lawsuit that the ILYM group has handled. Many members involved have gotten their check. I have not. I have requested a check re-issue with no response. I have called multiple times and left several voicemails requesting a call back. At this point, I am going to request it be handled or I will hire an attorney of my own to handle it. They cannot withhold checks from the intended recipient and they're lack of communication does not allow for reasonable accommodations.

    I received a notice and check stating that i was awarded ****** from a settlement. I also received a **** r and paid the taxes. The check was past the date that it was good until. i attempted to contact the company and did not get a response. I attempted a second time to contact the company for a reissue. i received a response and was told they will look into it but the money maybe gone. I asked how could it be gone, it is ************ and should be either sent to me or the unclaimed funds with the comptrollers office? i do believe the company does this so they can keep peoples money because any other company or send to the unclaimed funds after a certain. amount of time. i paid taxes on this money and would like my replacement check

    Hello *****, thank you for reaching out regarding your settlement check. I looked into this and it looks like we did speak with you in September 2022 and updated your address and re-issued your check after that. Unfortunately, that check was not cashed and per the court order on this case, any uncashed funds had to be donated to a charity. In this case, that charity was called Legal Aid at Work, and the funds were sent to them on March 10, 2023. After that point, we are unable to re-issue checks for any class members since the funds are no longer available. There was no tax liability filed since the check was never cashed, and you can still have a case against the company that was sued, if  youve got evidence of wrongdoing.     I was sent a class action suit information letter that said me and others would receive money from wages worked from a previous employer. Well here it is 2 months later and I have yet to hear back from this company regarding my share of the settlement funds. I have called multiple times to try and get an update to no avail. I have emailed my form and will be sending it in via certified mail by the end of this week. Im not sure how to get this issue resolved but the money would be so helpful right now if I could get it.

    I was told i will receive settlement payment check, no answer no call no email they ignored all my messages. They are purposely holding my settlement check until expiration. Please please reach to this company as many others are experiencing the same situation. Thank you

    Lawsuit winnings withheld, contact Third party payout for issuance of check. Employee continued to disconnect called. With verify identity, and or contact information and conformantion of my request Poor Quality. Disconnected . made several attempts to call back into call center where agent continue to disconnect my call all calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.I will proceed to contact and or purchase the quality call of this particular day.Funds are being withheld I have been informed of a total of multiple of five reissues of my check I have confirmed multiple times my address on a recorded line I have been told on a recorded line multiple times of three issuance of the check.When I call in to inquire about my funds and an ETA of that due to the last information provided to me I am disconnected on. I have requested to speak to leadership and was unsuccessful each time.
