    Recently I was involved in a settlement case. I believe I am eligible to receive a settlement check from this lawsuit. I sent them an email with all my details/information and i still havent received a reply. The checks were sent out about a month ago and I havent received mine yet.

    Hello *******,

    Unfortunately, we don't have anything on our website that allows us to communicate back with you once you submit a form, you would need to call into our office. I checked our call records for the last 6 months and could not find any record of you calling into us, so I'm not sure why you filed a complaint without attempting to call us first. We did update your address based on the form you filled on our website. 

    The checks for the settlement of the Potbelly Sandwiches class action lawsuit will be going out on December 24, 2025. The final approval on the case was October 10, and we're awaiting funding from Potbelly which is due by mid-December. As long as there are no appeals filed or any delays in funding between now and then, checks will be sent 12/24/25.

    I am a former employee of a company recently involved in a settlement case, ******** *. ******* Partner Group ****************, et al. I believe I am eligible to receive a settlement check from this lawsuit, as both current and former colleagues have received checks within the past two ******** residential address changed prior to the settlement being finalized, but the updated address was not reflected in my employers records. As a result, any correspondence or check may have been sent to my previous address.I have reached out to the law firm handling the settlement twice first on October 22 (via the reissue check form on their website) and again on October 28 but have not received any response.I am seeking confirmation regarding whether a check has been issued in my name, and if so, to update my mailing address and have the check reissued to my current address.

I checked our phone records but could not find any instance where you attempted to call us to verify this information, our phone number is ************. Filing complaints with the BBB hurts our business, and we should have the chance to assist you before a complaint is filed. Our form fill on the website does not get back in touch with you after the request is completed, but it does tell you thank you and that the request has been received. We are open Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm, and have an option to leave a voicemail during very busy times. 

    The check re-issued was for $1,961.05 and is check #*****. If you receive check #****, please discard that check as that was the original check and has been voided.

    ILYM Group is the administrator of a class action settlement which was finalized months ago and which I am entitled a check from. Others involved in the settlement have already received their checks, but mine never arrived. I contacted the business via their website and received no response. I called their phone number several times and was put on hold each time for around ten minutes before being told they were too busy to take my call. It has been months with no contact or check issued.

    I left a voicemail earlier when I called and received no returned call. I also called 

    I submitted a change of address through the **** website and got an email back confirming this change of address on the 16th of September, several weeks before the stated send date of October 8th.

    I called your number again and requested a change of address over the phone and will consider this issue resolved upon receipt of the check since my prior request for change of address--again, confirmed via email from your website--was not respected despite written confirmation.

    Ive been trying to contact this company to reissue a check that was lost in the mail. Every time I try to contact them I cant get a response. I called them and they never answer the phone. I used their website two times 3 weeks ago to reissue my check and had no response. I sent them an email with all my information and still havent received any reply. The checks were sent a month ago and I havent received mine. This situation is very frustrating. I only want my check reissued and sent to my new address for the case **** ***** v. ***** and ********* ******.

    I have received two letters from this company telling me they have money held for me. I have sent out several emails and when you call on the phone it doesn't give you an option to speak to anyone. Their phone says they will give you a response within two weeks it has been about 8 weeks that I have been working on this and have not heard back or received a letter reissuing me the money that they have held. I am unsure of the amount owed.

When you call in to our business, you simply need to press 0 to speak with a customer service agent, which it tells you to do one the message instead of pressing the option if you're calling in with a state controller letter. I see you called once on 9/30/25 and listened to that message, and then you called again last week but you called at 9:15pm and we are only open until 5:00pm, so we have not had the chance to give you great customer service, as we would if given the chance.

    We have a check for $400.40 for you as your portion of the settlement for ******* v *****************************************, and I will put that check in the mail for you today to the address provided.

    I have emailed and called about a check reissue with no response whatsoever and also have filed a check reissue form on their website but still no response. Now i am getting letters from the California State controller about them having my property but I cant get a response.

    Ive been involved in a lawsuit with my employer and was sent out a package from ILYM group. I submitted in time for the deadline and havent heard anything so I reached out and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone, no one answers the phone. I called the lawyers listen in the suit and I was informed that payment should be 30 days, which they said we would receive payment but Labor Day. Labor Day come around and goes and nothing. So I tired multiple time to reach out again, after many failed attempts I was contacted and told that the new date for checks would be 10/3. That I should have received it by 10/3. Here we are now on 10/10 and nothing and no communication at all. Everytime you try to call youre on hold for 10+ minutes and then get sent to voicemail. Leaving a voice mail doesnt get you any call backs or anything either. Its just a mess. Quite a few of us ********** are worried that this is a scam and now all of our information is out there

    The case of **** ** al. v. ***************************** has not yet been finalized by counsel. We have submitted all the claim forms received and all of the information required of us, but have not yet received the final order to disburse checks to all class members. That could be because there is an open dispute, maybe ************************ has not funded the case yet, or any number of reasons, but none of them are because we don't want to send the checks, we are abiding by the orders of the courts on the case, as we have to by law. 

    The California ************************* recently sent out letters to tens of thousands of people all at once letting them know that we had property from past lawsuits that they hadn't claimed yet, so the last couple of weeks have been extremely inundated with phone calls.     Starting on September 3rd, I contacted ilym group for any updates on my settlement check, I have called them 22 times, the always seems to be close during there regularly scheduled hours, the person I talked (**** ******) expressed to me that it was send out and my address change was updated, 4 days go by and I have to email them again, where **** gave me a case email in which I contacted that same day, I again heard nothing, it's crazy that a company files under the bbb is completely unreachable and they don't take the time to email or get back, but are handling ppls money, if I don't hear anything on Monday, I'll be forced to get a lawyer of my own
