I have attempted to reach out to this company multiple times via their link to send a message as well as update my address with no confirmation andno call back. Ive also waited on hold to speak with somebody and dont really get through. I am waiting to hear when our VSP settlements Will be sent out as it appears that it has been settled in coordinate. They are the ones sending out the checks I just want information.Business Response

We're sorry to hear that you did not receive your check from the *** settlement yet! I checked our call logs for the last 60 days and we don't have any record of you calling in, we could have helped to reissue your check that way as well. We make every attempt we can to ensure we have up to date addresses before we send out checks, including verifying if there are any change of address notifications with the post office. We must have had an old address for you still when we mailed the checks out in April. Your check was sent to ************************************************** on 4/7/2025. On June 11, we processed a change of address that you had sent in through our website, and the address was updated to **********************************************************************************. That address matches what you provided in this complaint.
When requesting a change of address, our system does not also request a check reissue. There is a link on our website to request a check reissue, and on that form you can list your new address for us to send the check to, but that was not the request that was received so a new check has not been sent out to the updated address. I'll make sure the check is put in the mail to you today, it should arrive in 3-5 business days!

Thank you for reaching out to us, although we do have a phone line that you could have called and asked us questions before assuming we were trying to scam anyone. Our phone number is ************ and we are open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, Pacific Standard Time. The claim form does not ask for you to send your W2, we don't need to know what your wages were. The amount of your settlement was predetermined by the attorneys on this case, and we are just trying to get you paid out your share of the lawsuit. In order to do that, we need the form W4 & filled out, which verifies your identity by having you confirm your name, address and social security number. We are required to get this form filled out before we can process your claim, as we have to report the information to the *** for tax purposes. You can also contact the attorneys on the case to verify the legitimacy of all of this. We are not trying to scam anyone, we are just trying to get you paid your share of the settlement of this lawsuit. There is still about 2 weeks left to get that information in so we can ensure you are included when the checks mail out.

On 6/9 i got a email from ilym said the checks were scheduled to be sent on 6/11 dont know If they even sent it out yet becuase it would've arrived in the mail already and now I try to contact you by phone and email and no response I wanted to pick this up at your office instead of waiting for you to send in the mail . I checked into our call log and see that you called in on Wednesday but hung up after 19 seconds, then called in yesterday while we were closed for the Juneteenth holiday. Our message stated we were closed and would be back open today at 9am. Yes, your check was sent out on June 11th, as part of a batch of over ****** checks. Please allow 2-3 weeks for checks to be processed and delivered by the post office.

I was supposed to receive a check from a class action lawsuit, ******* v. ************** Plan, et al., I have not seen it. I was told by ***** R through email that my home address was updated and my check mailed out on 5/12. She informed me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive the check even though I'm in the same state as they are. It is now 6/18, no check. I have emailed ***** R with no response. I made sure to update my address on their website and requested a re-issued check. People shouldn't have to wait this long for something that is owed to them. There are so many complaints about this happening with this company, it is mind boggling. It should not have to come to this. I would like my check.Business Response

I only see one attempt where you tried to get in touch with us by phone on May 28, but you did not leave a voicemail so we did not know to call you back. That same day though, you contacted us by email and we contacted you via email back and reissued your check on 5/28/2025, and the check was printed and mailed out on 6/2/2025. Where have we not communicated with you? It has not even been 2 weeks since we contacted you back about the reissue, but the check was sent and should be arriving soon. If it has not arrived by the end of this week, please contact me directly at ******************************** and I can reissue your check for you again and mail it with a tracking number.

The most atrocious communication I've ever seen in a company. My initial settlement and service check by this company was considered fraudulent by the bank. When a re-issue was processed, only the Service Fee check was re-issued and to the address I had already told them twice was no longer active. I've left several messages both via phone and their website form to reconcile this issue. Now that I'm reading the reviews - this is apparently the only way to get their attention. I'm also reading that they have a history of embellishing how much people got in their portion of the Settlement so I'll need a breakdown of my working hours from them as well as the actual check sent to my updated address.Business Response

I looked into our phone system and see that you tried calling at about 6:15 this morning, but unfortunately we don't open until 9:00. Aside from that, I looked into it and was glad to see that we did reissue your check. The check was sent to the same address that you provided in this complaint, not to a previous address. We updated your address on 4/2/25 and sent the reissued check out to that address that day, so I'm not sure why you never received it. They estimate 2 day delivery so it should arrive on Friday.

I received a letter from the *************************** stating that this company ILYM Group has my unclaimed property and to contact them in order to retrieve it. There was a deadline for ILYM Group to send me my funds, and the deadline has now passed with about 5 attempts (minimum) from me to collect my check. They have still not sent the state my unclaimed property. Ive left voicemails, inquired about it directly on their website, and sent multiple emails. I received information on a class settlement from **** over a year ago. The case ended by way of stipulated agreement on 8/20/2024. To date, there has been two unanswered emails to ILYM. I chose not to call them since all the reviews/ complaints posted advised not to. We're sorry you didn't receive your check yet! I could not locate any emails you sent to us, I checked between all of our customer service emails and not able to locate any communication. We have a team of people waiting to answer calls, I wish you would have tried before just assuming we would not answer your call. We did send your check out to the address you provided in this complaint, back in November of last year. I'm not sure what happened to where you didn't receive your check, maybe it was tucked in with the junk mail and got tossed in the trash or something like that. I verified that nobody else got your check and tried to cash it fraudulently, so I'll re-issue your check again today. It should arrive in a few days!
