    I received a state letter saying the had a check for me it has been over 2 months and still no check or response even though it says they will send the check in 2 weeks or someone in their team will get a hold of me and up to today i have not heard from them

    Hello, We sent your check out originally when the lawsuit you were a member of settled, but for some reason the check was not cashed. Usually its because the employer you worked for had an old address on file. We report that to the State Controller because the state usually has a more up to date address for you than we do. The letter from the ************************* is not letting you know that we are going to send you a check, it's letting you know that we have property of yours, and you have a set amount of time (usually 6 months) to contact us to request your property before it gets transferred to the ************************************. We would be glad to reissue your check to you, but please contact me at ******************************** and let me know the Business/Entity name listed on the letter you received so that I can locate you and get your check processed.     These people are terrible!!! They do not answer phone calls or return calls. They mailed my Legoland settlement check to my old address and by the time I got it, it expired. They promised to reissue it months ago. And did NOTHING! They are holding money that is legally mine! The ******* Law Firm in ***************, ** (they specialize in suing bad attorneys and other firms) said before they step in that I should drop in on the company. I took today off work to go there only to find they are in a secured building and you need card to get in. Of course I call from the door and NO RESPONSE!!! Its almost like I need to sue them to collect on a lawsuit they administered. Will also file complaint with CA Secretary of State and Attorney General if no action is taken by them to resolve this within 15 days. I simply need my money after a year of games!

    Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of our company. What had happened was, the one time that you did call us back on April 1, 2025, you also submitted a change of address request on our website. Both requests got logged together, and when we updated your address the missed call reminder was cleared as well. Regardless, this case had checks disbursed on 2/29/2024, and after 8/27/2024, we were required by the courts to send the balance of any uncashed funds to The *************************, which was the Cy Pres chosen by counsel. After 8/27/2024, the funds were no longer available for reissue. When you requested the address update in April, we processed the update but our system did not reissue the check since the funds were already unavailable at that point. If you do have any taxes reported as a result of this payment that you did not receive, please call in and let us know so that we may amend that tax filing for you.     Its been about a month that I asked that my settlement check to be re-issued the lady that answered me said that she was going to leave a note so they could reissue my check thats been over a month ive been calling them every day and left multiple voicemails and I dont get no callbacks. I also left emails on there website and no response. I just want an update to know whats going on with my re-issued check.

    I was away at college during the time my settlement check was issued and it got sent to my parent's address. By the time I came back home from college, the check was stale. I have tried to contact them so I could get the check reissued by calling them and I have already left 2 voicemails. I have also tried to contact them by email but they have not responded to my emails. I am disappointed with the service and the lack of communication. They need to do better in responding back to phone calls and emails.

    I've been told since May that checks from a class action suit would be sent out on August 9, 2024. Upon not receiving the check by the end of August, I called ILYM and was told that the check was actually put into the mail on August 6, 2024. I was advised that there would be a stop pay reissue by a representative at the company right before Labor day. Still today, no check. I've been calling for a week and a half and no one is answering the company phone. I left phone messages and sent messages electronically with no response. I called today and was told that the check was never put into the mail on August 6 but that they were actually issued by mail on September 6. So I asked where did the previous responses come from? Also, who can I speak to regarding this matter. I was told to send a picture of my driver's license and social security card to a personal phone number and there is nothing they can do about the delay. My issue about being told a blatant lie is simply being ignored. Can a class action suit be brought up on a class action suit company? Seems something needs to be done about this as the company is releasing all accountability.

    I have reviewed the notes on your account and I think there may have been some confusion from our representative, which I will speak with our representative about. We did send out checks on August 6th to all class members. There are thousands of class members in this case and we have only heard from a couple of people that had not received their checks, I can only assume in these cases that the envelopes were delivered to a wrong address or accidentally thrown away with some advertisements/junk mail.

    We received a call from you on 8/15/24 and we confirmed we had sent the check out and had the correct address, then another all on 8/30/24 because you had not received your check, and we started the re-issue process for you at that point. We send out our re-issued checks twice a month, since we have a lot of cases and a lot of requests for re-issued checks. Your check was added to a batch that closed on 9/6/24, and was sent out that day. When we re-printed the check, it updated the "check printed date" field in our system and that would have been where she got that date from. She was going to transfer your call over to me to talk to you so that I could help alleviate your concerns, but I was told you had disconnected once she returned to her desk to transfer the call.

    I received an email notifying that I should have recently gotten a check in regards to my old company. I have reached out a few times via contact me to reissue the check due to an address change, but have not received anything back. When I respond to the email, they request the last four digits of my SSN. I am replying via a new email, with the name that I not only applied for with that previous company, but also with the case number they gave me. I have spoken with previous contacts at that company, and they have not received their check either. It's starting feel like a scam.

    I have called and left 3 messages with my contact info for reissue of stolen check and submitted at least three website requests as well to no avail. They ILYM Group talk a good game but do not have the decency nor the respect to respond. Their customer service lacks just that, ****************

    Our company notified us a year ago about a lawsuit. They informed us via mail regarding a settlement check we are suppose to receive. I still have not received any check nor do they answer emails or phone calls.

    Received expired check.Requested new one.Tried calling and messaging.I've done everything and no response.Is this company for real?Where is the money.It was a payout of the lawsuit.I see everyone else is going through the same thing.******* v. Xpress Global System,LLC Changed my address and requested my check again.Why does it take so long.Now that I see everyone here is going through the same thing.
