    ***** said it was sent out. On the 18th. And I could call back Monday if I hadn't received it and they would resend it with the tracking number. He gave me his personal number which continues to go the voicemail. I call again to their main number and get a lady who basically says the same. It doesn't take this long to send out.a check. I feel like I'm being led around and this company is giving me the runaround.

    This company is in charge of distributing checks for class action lawsuits. I never received my check Checks were sent out since mid January I believe all my coworkers got theirs already they re issued my check February 8th 2024 they said itll take 2-3 business weeks so M-F excluding weekends it is now March 26 2024 and still no check Ive tried to contact them and they never answer the phone .. all I want is my check that is rightfully mine .. they keep beating around the **** and avoiding everyones calls from what people are saying in the reviews.. thats all we want is our money thats it thanks

    I was sent a letter stating I had a check to collect from a settlement case before June 2024. Since I received the letter I have to reach out to this company via all means of contact including the email address to *********************************************** various times. They do not answer their phones or emails. Its actually extremely sick that for them to carry themselves as a reputable business they dont respond to the very people they are suppose to help. Its terrible that people have to right into the BBB about not getting money that is their own. Its like chasing your tail. Absolutely disgusting being that they are in the business of helping people. Its like once they get their money they dont care if you get yours. Word of advice go to another company. And if you would like people to use your online service make sure that it is efficient and gives them a proof of submission. Disgusting business practices.

    I am part of a class action lawsuit that was finalized in December 2023. This company, ILYM, is responsible for administering the settlement checks. I was informed at the end of February 2024 that the settlement checks would be mailed out by 3/8/24. To date, I have not received a check nor have a received a response to my six inquiries via email and their website. When calling their phone number there is a wait of over three minutes only to told via recording that no one is able to answer the call. I have two files on record with this company as it relates to the class action that I was a part of: BETT6387 and BETT6388.The settlement checks have a short amount of time to cash and I believe this is a deliberate attempt by this company to prevent class members from cashing them.I would like immediate delivery of my settlement checks via trackable courier.

    This company is in charge of distributing checks for class action lawsuits. I never received my check because the company shipped it to the address on file which happened to be an address I havent lived at for 27 years, when I was 4. Trying to get a hold of them has been nearly impossible. Ive called, Ive used their site for a change of address or to contact me. They did so once via email asking for my updated address (after I already submitted my current address) and I havent heard back since. I sent 2 follow up emails to check the status and nothing. I try calling and leave voicemails and nothing. I even went as far as to visiting their office they have listed online only to find out they moved out 2 months ago and its currently empty at their office in ******. Its been frustrating especially considering many of my former co workers received their checks since ******** Co workers that have moved around time and time again. Meanwhile *** had a consistent residence here and somehow they send it somewhere I havent lived in over 2 decades. I checked their reviews on ****** and it appears a lot of people have been dealing with similar issues. One user referenced you guys so Im hoping Im able to get some assistance as well.

    They were supposed to re issue a check for me from a court order where my previous employer was withholding money from wages it was a class action lawsuit where I was awarded money. They claim to have mailed out the check to an old address I contact them to update my address I was asked to email a copy of my id and ssc I did and was told via email my check was send out. A couple weeks go by and I havent received anything I call back and I get no answer for a few days when I finally get an answer the man on the phone ***** said yet again. It takes 2-4 weeks for checks to get there . So I call once again at the end of February spoke with ******** and shes said check was just send out last week and it take 2-4 weeks for the check to arrive. But the previous reps said the check had been send out January 23. Its now March 14 still havent received a check and no update. Its so frustrating to be lied to. I dont know if they are aware that this is not money they are gifting me its money I am owed. I would like an update and some honesty as far as when can I expect my check.

    I was part of the Progressive arbitration. I mailed back my release for the additional settlement money in January. I have called numerous times with no follow up on my release or the check for my additional money. No one answers the phone and calls and emails are never returned. I would like an update on when my check will be sent to me.

    They are literally unreachable. Call no answer, website no answer, voice-mail no answer. Seems like they should be the ones being sued for holding people's money hostage.

    I received notice in the mail LAST YEAR about a class action lawsuit and that I was part of it. I sent back the form for a new address, as I was moving. This was MONTHS ago. Nothing. I have submitted numerous requests on their website for help, have left hundreds of voicemails, and have called every day to sit on hold only to be told to leave another voicemail or disconnected. This is FRAUD. They have kept the money that was awarded to me and are doing NOTHING to respond to give it to me. I have filed reports with the attorney general. All I want is the money that is owed to me to be GIVEN. PLEASE have someone contact me about this because this is absolute FRAUD.
