    I received a letter from California ************************* references money owed to me by a company I previously worked for. In order to collect owed funds I needed to call Ilym for the funds owed. I have called several times and left messages. I also went to their website and sent them an email with all the needed information and still no response.

    I was entitled to a pay out of $1000 regarding a class action lawsuit against my former employer ********************** I received a packet with documents that were required to be signed and returned. I called their office as soon as I got the packet to clarify where the packet could be emailed. After waiting on hold an extended amount of time, I was told by a representative that I could email it to ********************************** I have attached proof of the documents being sent over along with me requesting that they acknowledge my paperwork was received.It has been radio silence ever since. I sent a follow up email last month which I also attached proof of. I have tried to call again, but can not reach a representative.Im wanting to get my money so that I can move on.

    I filled a request to have my settlement check re issued this was at least a week ago & I've heard nothing back I need this money to pay my rent which is on the 1st of next month .

    i was awarded a check i never got. i updated my address.never got it. i called and got it reissue the beginning of this month but have not yet received it. i would like a tracking number

    I have tried reaching out to them for 4 days now and have not received a response. I have left voice mails and emails and nothing. They do not answer the phone. My check was supposedly mailed 04/01/24 and I still have not received anything

    I did not receive a check from Southwest Patrol class action settlement. Im unable to get a hold of anyone. I believe **** is holding the money owed. My money belongs to me and I want my check from the class action lawsuit that was supposed to be paid out February 24th 2024 per the letter that was sent to me. I cant get a hold of anyone. This company seems to be a scam.

    Company collected lawsuit money for hundreds of people an keeps lieing about sending checks out. We need our lawsuit money

    We're sorry to hear you haven't received your check yet. Rest assured, we can't lie about sending checks out as we are bound by court order and we have to document every step of the process for the courts, so the checks really were all mailed out. The case was batched and sent to **** April 1st, and we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for delivery so checks should be arriving any day since its been 2 weeks now. If the check hasn't arrived by next Monday, 4/22/24, please contact me directly and I can re-issue the check out to you with a tracking number so you can follow along with the delivery progress.
