******** a settlement check. This check was issued on 05/02/2024. Check deposited to my bank on 5/29/2024 and was returned on 5/30/24. Check bounced. I have been calling daily. Left on hold and then my only option is to leave a message. I have left multiple messages, I have also tried to contact by sending messages online. I have not received a response of any kind. I want ILYM Group, **** listed on this CLAIM AND RELEASE FORM to mail my check to me at the ************* address provided at the bottom of the CLAIM AND RELEASE FORM and respond to me. Every time I call ILYM Group, **** on the phone number provided it goes straight to voicemail, this doesn't seem right, with no call back from anyone at ILYM Group, **** ILYM Group, **** is court-ordered to pay recipients their portion because I worked for Arise during the period shown. I was called 2 - years ago and spoke directly to the court-ordered attorney. DC court called me 2 years ago and interviewed me about my work with *****, and I agreed to participate in this Arise lawsuit 2 years ago. It is a lack of integrity for ILYM Group, **** not to respond to employees who were awarded their portion as ordered by the DC Superior Court System. My new Daytona Beach address to mail my check is listed at the bottom of the CLAIM AND RELEASE FORM after my signature.Business Response

The deadline for all class members to submit their claim form is August 29, 2024, and we will be able to distribute checks after that deadline has past. I was contacted in January about a settlement for unpaid wages. I filled out the paperwork and sent it via certified mail on the 14th to ILYM and was received February 16th. I tried to contact the company to confirm that they received it, no one answered and I left a message and I also used the 'contact us', no response even 3 months later. I recently called again to see when my check would be issued, waited 20mins on hold to get the voice-mail again. Again, I left a message and I went to the 'contact us' in the website, again, no response. I tried to use the 'check reissue ' on the website and you can't submit! The button is an image. I feel this company is stealing from victims. Even if they donate the unclaimed checks to charity it is their tax right off! This place needs to be investigatedBusiness Response

We did receive your claim form and it was processed on 02/20/2024, so you are good to go at this point! Paga case shogun. ***************** settled since December and was approved ...since then still no check sent out it's already almost May ....I have sent messages to an employee by the name of ******* who contacted me to tell me that if I have questions to email her ....so now I'm moving to a different address Ive emailed her more than 5 times to let her know that I have a change of address but still no response back from her...I've also used the change of address option on the website but no confirmation....after reading all this complaint about this company how are they still allowed to be in business....they should be audited and internally investigatedBusiness Response

I have called every single day for multiple days , multiple times a day. I have been on hold for hrs only to hear a Voicemail recording every single time. I have left voicemails, went through the online Contact Us option and have yet to receive a response. I was issued a check from this company and received it on 5/6/2024. I went to cash the check and discovered that it is only valid for 180 days and the check was ISSUED on 11/6/2023. After reading about this company online, its very clear they are holding checks and sending right before the 180 day **** in hopes that people will not ask for their checks to be reissued given the small amount of refund due per check. I have attempted to call and submit a reissue online with no response from the company.Business Response

I am a member of a class action lawsuit that this law firm was involved in and won, but I have not received my reimbursement check that the group was supposed to send out (others in my company both have and haven't received their check) and am unable to get in contact with anyone at ILYM group. I have requested a check reissue with a change of address on their website but still nothing. I started this process on 4/19/2024, I received a letter from the state which informed me that I was owed a check. Each time I call I receive different information regarding my check. I spoke with ***** on two occasions. She said that my request was received on 4/19/2024 and my check was maybe sent on 4/26/2024. They are in ****** and I am in ******* it takes 3 days through ***** I still have not received the check. I have tried to call everyday and at least leave a voicemail but I never receive a call back.Business Response

I listened to the phone call you had with our representative when you called in on April 19th, they informed you that the process for the check to be reissued and delivered would take 2-3 weeks or sometimes longer. Then you called in and spoke with ***** on 4/26, she informed you that the check was just sent out and that it would take some time for it to arrive. The check re-issue was processed and printed on 4/26/24, and then it was put in with the batch of mail that went out on 4/29/24. It has been 2 weeks since we spoke with you the first time, and the check will be arriving soon as it was mailed out recently. Please be patient and allow the full 2-3 weeks we advised you of on the first call. If you have any questions, or if the check does not arrive by next Friday, the end of the 2-3 week estimated period, please let me know and I can re-issue your check with a tracking number. For now, we are at the mercy of the *********** as they have your check.

I was told the check was mailed on 4/26/2024. According to **** mail takes 3.5 days to deliver from ****** to *******. *** been taking detailed notes as well as asking specific questions to each representative that I speak with. The other issue is the phone calls are being recorded without knowledge. I specifically asked ***** if the check was mailed on 4/26 she stated yes. I asked how the check was mailed and she stated through ****. Please do not lie as to what your representative has said. This company was in charge of a settlement check. I did not receive the first one and after spamming their phone for days(hours straight at a time) I finally got ahold of someone and they said it should be delivered within 2-4 weeks. When that time came I called again and was told it was mailed and should be in within 2-4 weeks (mail only takes 3-5) after those 4 weeks go by I called again and now a new check is reissued but based off not just the reviews but my coworker as well that there are hundreds if not thousands of us still missing checks from them.
