      Yes i have an email with yahoo and non of my emails are coming through at all. I have work emails to look forward to and more. Ive tried many things to receive my emails but nothing is working!

      I have been locked out of my Yahoo Mail email account for no reason. I've had this account for over 10 years. I have my password but it requires secondary verification. The recovery email associated with my account , I no longer have access to it so I can't confirm it's me. I've tried every method to reset my account online and it gives me no other option to reset. I tried calling their customer service for assistance, but it also requires a phone number as verification. I never had a phone number associated with my email account so I can't get assistance. You have to pay to receive customer service from ********************** and I can't do that because I cannot get through to a live person. I'm so frustrated, I need this email account for my doctor's appointment and work searches. I really need help please.

      I have been trying to get access to my Yahoo account, but have had no success. In order to get in, it asks me to verify that it's me by sending a code via text message. I no longer have that phone number. I need access to my account and there is no other way I could get access. In order to get help they are trying to charge me. Which I don't understand because no other source charges. Please help!My email is ****************************************

      So I cant get into yahoo email and dont have any of the phone number that are in file for the recovery process and dont have money to pay for the help of the recovery of the yahoo and wouldnt pay cause it ridiculous to pay for a password recovery help! Thanks

      I have been locked out of my Yahoo mail account. I have had the same email address for at least 20 years, the issue is that I cant recover my account because I changed my phone number and theres no way a can verify the account, is being happening for about a year, I spend a lot of time and effort trying to resolve this issue until I decide to contact yahoo customer service, after I spend a lot off my time and provide my drivers license photo and my face recognition, it would seem that the only possible method way is paying Yahoo for premium services. This is nothing less than extortion and a ripoff, maybe Yahoo doesnt make any money!? I only want to have my mail.

      I have had my yahoo account for almost 10 years. They advertised two factor authentication as a safety measure but I no longer have access to the phone number associated with my account. I have the correct password and username but yahoo has no free option to remedy this. Instead they are extorting customers by signing them out and saying they must pay for a premium phone help service in order to gain access to the account again. Its a coercive and dishonest practice. They want sensitive information and hold your email address hostage for it.

      The yahoo mail will not let users into their accounts without requesting credit card payments. This has been my email account for 10+ years without payment. It wants you to verify with multiple phone numbers but does not allow you to move forward. After researching this issue it has been happening to many accounts. No one has been allowed back in even tho there was no warning prior to logging us out

      I have had a yahoo account for over a decade and all of a sudden got locked out of my account today and the password I have always used is not working now and their webpage continues to reject my log in attempts. I tried to recover my account using my phone but theyre asking me to also access an old email that I can no longer log into so I tried calling for support and they said I had to pay them to recover my account and they would need to verify me using my license and personal identification information which did not feel secure to me. I just need access into my account again and I dont know what other way to do this.
