    I noticed a $19 charge on my bank account, my bank also noticed and contacted me. So it's been reported as fraud and I'm without a debit card until Tuesday as Monday is a stinking holiday. Thank you! ??

    I have a charge of 19$ on my bank account for Feb 18 2023 from smarty cash. Never heard about them before, so why are they taking money from me. I called the number on the site and they wanted me to give them my banking info so they can check my account status. I hung up after telling them I would not give my info.How do I get the money back and stop this from happening again

    I noticed a recurring charge of $13 from smartyplus. I have contacted the number provided and reached an employee whis is obviously not from ********** as the business indicates. I was told they cannot locate my account and need even more personal information from me in order to search further. I am disputing the charges with the credit card company. Smartyplus has been no help.

    I did receive a refund. Thank you for that. I accept that part of the resolution. 

    When I contacted Smarty myself, I was told my account could not be located. I was then asked for even more personal details, leading me to believe this is a scam. I still maintain that I did not sign up for this service and hope that something will be done about these predatory business practices.

    Im not sure what I may have purchased online recently but I never signed up for this and randomly I see this charge on my account and I have no idea why this is. What kind of nonsense is this?

    I am having an issue with fraudulent activity by Smarty Cash Back which I never authorized. It has happened for 3 months with a withdrawal of ***** on the 13th of each month including 12/22, 1/23, 2/23 for a total of *****. I contacted support to refute the charges and they said they can't find my account but if i give them my whole credit card number and security code, they will look it up. When I refused to give this information to the support tech, she said she couldn't help me and she would have a supervisor call whom never did. Can you help me resolve this?

    I have no idea how this company "Smarty" got my credit card number in July of 2022. I never signed up for this service and I have NEVER used this service. Unfortunately, I just noticed on my credit card today that they have been billing me ***** /per month , for the last 8 months. Totally the amount of $152.00. To resolve this issue, I would like to cancel an account that I never even signed up for and receive my money back!!!

    I keep getting charged for a service or subscription I never signed up for. I never heard of Smarty until I kept getting withdrawals from my account. I just recently noticed $19.00 missing from my account and I know I didn't buy anything 2 days ago so why is this charge deducted? I ****** searched the name on the charge and the first thing came up was a scam warning. I want this company to refund my money and to stop taking money out my account without permission. If that money was in the bank I would not have overdrafted my account.

    Our records indicate there is no subscription or payments associated with the name "*********************************" or email address ***************** as supplied to the BBB however, there was a subscription cancelled and fully refunded on 19Mar2023 associated with someone having a similar name but different email address (o*****fc@gm***.c**).

    I did not purchase their product. I show a charge on my account this morning but I've never subscribed to their services or products.Now I need to obtain a new card, etc since I have no idea how they hot a hold of my card number, etc .I'd like my $19.00 refunded
