    I just realized I have 9 transactions from my account. Smartyplus and shipmentsfree are the same company and apparently someone, maybe my husband, ******* was shopping online for Xmas gifts and according to representative Oscar * OG4086 a pop up must have come up and he must have clicked yes to a trial subscription to both services and have been charged $3 for the trial and subsequently $13 and $19 each month for the last 5 months. These charges have come from my account and I never authorized this. The account was located by searching our last name and the emails didnt even match which explains why we didnt receive notification. Anyway they refused to refund any more than the last 3 months each and also refused to provide the ** address or forms signed electronically providing my bank information or signature authorizing sign up for both or either services. Said he can only provide that to the account holder which seems to be me since Im paying the monthly bill. I told him I want to see the authorization for withdrawal from my account and then he gave me supervisor *** ***** who also refused to send me the information. I will go to y credit union now and theyll request the information which I doubt this SCAM company even has. To bad our government is too busy chasing January 6 rioters and turning boys into girls and pushing an agenda on *******. We would all be better served keep these non American scam artists out of the country. Billions being taken fleecing ********* by inoculating pop *** and yet the government or FB are to busy worrying about fact checking vaccination posts. This is the real fleecing of *********. They provided a ********** PO Box address but I can assure you theyre not ******** and only have a bank account and P.O. Box to rob hard working *********. Probably dont pay a dime in taxes either.

    I noticed a $19.00 charge from smartycashback.com. I have NEVER subscribed to them, I have no idea who they are, and I never okay'd this.I have seen these payments starting from December 2022,Every 23rd of the month.I dont even know what this smarty is,im not receiving a service or product from them.I want money refunded immediately for those three months Dec******2,January ******2 and now yesterday February ****** and for them to loose my account information How can they do this without my consent.!

    In the last two or three months I have had charges on my credit card from $3.00 to $19.00 and have disputed them with my credit card company and even changed my card and they are still showing up. I did not authorize. these charges. Please stop this company from doing this, so it does not happen to others. The company calls itself, (SMARTYCASHBACK.COM) out of **********.     recieved my bank statement for jan18-feb13.on jan 23d an amount of $19.00 is listed to Smartycashback.com *********** recurring.I never signed up for this deduction!!! *********************** is the number provided aftername.please resolve with refund and cancelation.

    I have received several withdrawals on my bank for $19.00 from Smartyplus.net from 9/23/22 - 2/22/23. I do not ever remember signing up with this company for anything. I also had a $3.00 charge from them on 9/16/22. I also had several charges from shipmentsfree.com from 9/30/22 to 1/30/23 for $13.00. Both of these companies are not authorized to withdrawal from my bank account. I do not have any record of me ever signing up with either of these two companies. If my checking account could please be credited a total of $182.00, that would be great and if they could please cancel both accounts on both Smartyplus.net and Shipmentsfree.com, I would greatly appreciate it.

    I have never signed up for anything from Smartyplus.net. However my bank account was charged 5 times each in the amount of $19.00 in the last 5 months from them. I am requesting a Complete Refund of the charges!

    I noticed two different charges to my bank card, one on the fifth of February in the amount $13 from one company and another charge on the 18th for $19 from another but both companies had the same phone number and I had never heard of either, or subscribed to either. I had my secretary call to find out what was going on so I could cancel them and she got the run around. She was told I had to e-mail them, when she asked for the e-mail address she was given an e-mail address that they could not keep straight. When asked simple questions about the address they got confused.

    While doing an annual review of my credit card charges today, I noticed that on May 10 2022 smartypants charged me $3 on my Discover Card. On the 17th of May 2022 they charged me $19. As of today, theyve charged me $19 on the 17th of each month since. These charges come to $155 so far!! UNAUTHORIZED and I dont even know these people. This is FRAUDULENT activity against a ******* resident over the age of 65! If Im not refunded promptly, I definitely will seek legal retribution.
