      This scam / **************** charged me $13 without my authorization. I just spoke to them today and they promised to cancel my account and refund me the $13 within 3 - 5 business days.If they fail to do so, I will pursue with the BBB

      Fraudulent scheme.Sub: Shipmentsfree.com. I received a $19 credit card charge which I never made. I informed the credit card company and they reversed the charge. A week later a fraudulent charge from Smartyplus.com for $13. I called the credit card company again and they reversed the charge, but this time I got a well-informed service person who told me that this company goes by many different areas, and the only way to stop it is to change your credit card number. AND, what a headache that was.

      I have a printed copy from April 4, 2023 to Shipments free . They claim that I NEVER complained . I want my May refund off $ ***** and my$ ***** refund from June . Better Business Bureau could you send me a mailing address or an email address so that I can send you a copy indicating proof that I am not LYING.

      I still kept my email I sent them .thank goodness. I have received 3 months refunds . Buyer beware , keep your cancelled email cancellations and print them also . If I didnt have them , I may not have received a refund because this company INSISTED they never heard from me ?

      I received a message saying that I shopped on hoursguide.com which I have never shopped on that website and there is no way that I would give out my credit card number. Again I want the charges for ******** February, March, April and May put back on my credit card.

      Yes, Ditto to the other reviews. They did the same thing to me. Please return the money back to my credit card. I even canceled my credit card and you still charge my credit card?       Ditto to other reviews. I am the *** for my mother, who is of diminished mental capacity. (***********). Apparently she "clicked" on something a while back and is being charged $13 a month for essentially a service that is free EVERYWHERE. I have tried e-mailing, on-line chat and calling to cancel this with NO success. It is essentially illegal to enter into a contract with someone who is not capable or legally able to make decisions on their own. So this "company" and the experience is the bad news. One positive light is that I work for a financial institution and will be working to flag this company in our systems as a scam/fraud so that others are not taken in by the questionable business practices.

      Pretty much the same as all the other reviews...have no idea how I got sucked into this!?! $13 smarty plus and $3 shipmenttsfree.com. were charged on my card. My bank blocked the $13 and notified me, they are challenging the $3. I was advised to cancel the card and did (big hassle)!!! I see all the responses to the reviews from this mystery company advising customers to contact them 24/7/365, however, if you do not know who or what you are dealing with how do you contact them?They do not deserve the one star, but we have to choose one leave a review.

      Sketchy tactics at best. Bought something on line and filled out brief information about receiving another 10% off my purchase. Once I saw it required payment I immediately chose not to pursue. Then once I made my online purchase a week or so later I got a random charge from shipmentsfree.com for $19. I never authorized or gave them my bank info. They must have snagged it from the purchase I made which was from Dribbleup basketball.
