1 starI am having the exact same issue as ************** Is having.This company has charged me without permission to do so on my bank account. I never have authorized this transaction $19.00 is coming out along with $3.00 on 6/29/2023, If this money is not reimbursed to me and the cancellation does not go through. We confirm that your subscription was previously cancelled and payments refunded via a telephone call to us on 5Jul2023. We obtained user information and consent for starting our 7-day paid trial directly from inputted information after shopping with ** ****** on 28Jun2023. Someone clicked on our cash back rebate ad for trialing our premium product at a nominal price and filled out a multi-field signup form which included entering payment information. The last item to be completed is an "I agree" checkbox which was consciously clicked in order for the trial to be activated and gives consent and authorization for us to charge the account. Next to that checkbox are disclosures stating the price to be charged and outlining our terms with links provided to the full text details. We also sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last step is completed confirming the purchase. This signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us. The subscription is not able to be started without user interaction to accept our terms and clicking the Submit button. Please reach out directly to us for any further questions or concerns. 1 starI don't know how this company obtained my information but they took money out of my account... I called and got some guy who kept telling me that I subscribed to their service... I told him that I did not and that I wanted them to refund my money.. After attempting to argue with me I told him that I was writing this review to go with the other 37 complaints about their company on this website. He said that he issued a refund and that it would take 3 to 5 business days to recieve... we will see what happens.Shipmentsfree.com

1 starSomehow, immediately after I made a purchase from a ********** company, this company got hold of my email address and credit card details. Meanwhile I had already paid the company for shipping my goods and they claim they had nothing to do with this one. Then Shipmentsfree charged to my card $3, then 2 lots of $19. I would say this is illegal - a scam. I called them, and to my amazement, they refunded the amount within hours. But they still have my credit card details which makes me very uncomfortable. First and foremost, contrary to your claim, we never charge a fee to cancel a subscription and refund payments. Customers may cancel at any time without incurring any costs by contacting us directly. The $14 charge that you referred to was probably directly payable to a third-party billing cancellation service that you elected to use instead of contacting ** directly. Secondly, the "$24 something" in other charges that you mention makes no sense as our monthly subscription prices are $13 or $19 depending on the offer. Please provide ** proof of these charges and we will be more than happy to refund you. Finally, we confirm that we have cancelled your subscription and refunded your payments. I also request a FEFUND in the amount of $22.00 to my account you withdrew this money. One charge was June 10, 2023 in the amount of $3.00 and the other on June 17, 2023 in the amount of $19.00. 1 starI never signed up for this service. What a scam!!!! They billed me $19.00 a month for 6 months before I caught it. This was on my new credit card, not a debit card, so there is a possibility that new credit card accounts are somehow being hacked.
