      Negative review indeed. Signed up for some cash back on concert tickets. I dont believe I ever got that money back. They said my subscription was through smarty plus. So I cancelled. Yet, this was still getting charged. I want my money back now

      Shipmentsfree.com popped up after making a purchase on a reputable website. There was no mention of a subscription or fees, just said I had a rebate of $15 available and asked for my information. Then they pulled $19 out of my account, and I didn't receive any rebate. I emailed and canceled my account and they started pulling money from my account again under their other website name of smarty plus. When I tried the live chat on smarty plus they tried to convince me I must have an account with both websites which I know for sure I do not.

      I wish that we could give negative stars. This IS a scam! I signed up for a "free trial" for online coupons with Smarty Plus, and immediately got charged $13 from Shipmentsfree.com. (I've never even heard of them.) So, I cancelled Smarty Plus. I thought it was over... one month later, I'm charged again! It says I can "easily cancel" my Shipmentsfree.com account by logging in.... umm, HOW?!? I'm disputing this!

      I made an **** purchase which was correct upon checkout and was billed correctly on my card. At the same time my card posted the purchase, an immediate charge of $3.00 also posted from FreeShipments.com, whom I have never heard of and was not associated with the vendor I purchased from. This is theft, no matter how one looks at it and a scam of deception. I am in the process of having the charge removed from my card as I write this review. I am trying to stop any further deductions from my account.

      Misc charges show up on our credit card billing. I have not signed up for any charges due this company. I suspect this is a very deceptive business that has some practice of attaching itself to web purchasing. I have challenged all charges to this website as a scam.
