    I called them and asked them to provide me with the contract and they kept telling me to pay the balance before they can send the contract , which I never had/have with them.

    I requested original contract over the phone, which I was not provided to me per my request.

    Our office received the account from the creditor in September 2022.  We have been unable to reach the consumer and we do not show receiving any correspondence from the consumer for this account.  We have processed a recent indirect credit reporting dispute and our system has been updated accordingly.  We are confirming creditor records that appear to match the consumer and show the balance as still owed.  There would be no contract directly between our office and the consumer and we did not purchase the debt.   We encourage the consumer to contact our office at ************ or ************************************************************************************************* for further assistance.
