The consumer's compliant is factually inaccurate. ********** received an account from the creditor in June 2023 for recovery of unpaid veterinary services. Initial communication was mailed to the consumer at that time. There is no record of any mail return. System notes indicate we have been unable to reach the consumer by phone. We have received no correspondence directly from the consumer. Creditor records continue to show the balance as owed. This is my final notice. I previously disputed several inaccurate items on my credit report, but your agency hasnt followed federal laws under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).Youve violated the law by:Failing to validate the debt under 15 *** 1692g Contacting me after a cease-and-desist request (15 USC 1692c)Continuing harassment (15 USC 1692d)I was recently told your investigation was complete, yet the accounts I disputed are still on my report. The consumer is factually mistaken. ********** received the account in August 2024 from the creditor for recovery of a balance owed from veterinary services provided. Initial communication was mailed at that time and there is no record of any mail return. I honestly dont get why ********** is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair.
