The consumer's provided information did not match records in our system. The consumer's address and email does not match to any account in our system. If it is possible that the account was established under a previous address, that address would be helpful. Our office wishes to assist the consumer in any way possible. We would ask that the consumer provide the full account referenced in the correspondence, name on the account, the name of the creditor, the balance showing as owed, our account number detailed via the credit bureaus, etc. so that we may properly identify the account and respond.
