    I do not have any documents or further clarification regarding this account. I canceled insurance with *********** due to me finding a better and affordable insurance through another insurance company. I switched from *********** to State Farm insurance during this time frame.

    the burden of proof falls on the collection agency not the consumer (me) . I find it concerning that caine & wiener collections is not complying with legal requests.
    I request Caine & Weiner collection agency provide proof they sent debt validation, as is my legal right. If Caine & Weiner collections cannot provide proof, I demand this account be removed from my credit report as is my right per FCRA section
    623.(a)(i). This is my last request before I file a formal complaint with the **** and the ***.

    I am disputing the validity and accuracy of a collection account being reported by Caine & Weiner This account was never authorized by me, and I have no knowledge of this alleged debt. Reporting this account without my consent or verification is a clear violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. 1681, which requires all items on a consumer report to be complete, accurate, and verifiable. The account is listed as being opened on May 20, 2025, with a balance of $845. ??Failure to respond to this dispute within 30 days and delete unverifiable information will result in complaints being filed with the ************************************ (****) and the ************************ (***). Also, under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), I am asserting my right to cease all communication regarding this alleged debt. You are hereby notified to stop all calls, emails, and written communication immediately.
