            I rented a place on ****************************** from CM Property Management Inc.On 26 May 2023, there is serious bath tub backing up and overflow on my Unit. I raised this as urgency case to my agency and the technician only reached out on 8:30pm. Between 3-8:30pm, i was not able to use the bathroom because the water has overflown to floor from toilet bowl and bathtub. There is not much room for additional human waste and the whole bathroom become stinking and smelly. As a result, it becomes unlivable. I subsequently booked for a temporary accommodation nearby as well as hire a cleaner to deeply clean the bath tub to ensure that all bacteria and virus ****** be removed.I claimed the temporary accommodation (USD220) and cleaning fees (USD130) of approximately USD450 in total from the agency but got rejected. I would like to make a formal complaint and legal action against their company for refusing to provide a temp housing, and necessary reimbursement for my case. This has violated our tenancy agreement and making me personally stress and unlivable for the disruption.Thanks!

            Slum Lord! Rodent and roach infested. property should be condemned. Manipulator and thief. Literally the worst place I've lived in. I went without hot water for 1 month. After calling daily with no response or the worst excuse I ever heard. Moving out was simpler. Deposit was never returned due to over pricing and ultimately B.S.
