      I was charged $500.00 for a gift card from *****. I immediately notified Pay Pal. I also Immediately notified *****. ***** said it was suspicious and They already have their Fraud team on it. It is For an electronic Gift card. The Lady at ***** verified The email it was going to. A charter.com email. I have NEVER had a charter email or account of any kind. Also Pay Pal should have been suspicious as I have NEVER spent over 300.00 and this is highly unusual charge and activity. So I received an email from Pay Pal saying they investigated and found it was authorized. I DID NOT PLACE THIS ORDER OR AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE!! In the email pay pal sent me it said I could see the documents they used it investigate. I emailed them as instructed (**********************) and received no response. THIS WAS 100% FRAUD! PAY PAL says it protects it's customers! Really. This is a joke. The investigation took less that 2 hours. I want to see the documents they used. ***** is smart enough to realize this is fraud. I had nothing to do with this order. $500.00 was stolen from me Because Pay Pal is too lazy or incompetent to catch this fraud. I report it and they call me a liar.

      On September 29, there was a PayPal coupon offer on their website for ********** purchases of Save $5 on $15 and Save $10 on $15. After logging into my account, I clicked on Save Offer for both to be placed on my account and then the button showed shop now instead of save offer so it looks to have saved on my account at that time. I then proceeded to make a $15 transaction at ********** to redeem the offer, however PayPal simply charged my credit card for the full $15 spent and did not apply any offer. I made multiple attempts to contact PayPal to resolve the billing and offer question but was rejected. I would like PayPal to honor the offer they had provided on my account.

      I disputed an issue with an overseas vendor in regards to a damaged product I received. The merchant refused to take the product back because it was defective.
      I opened a dispute with PayPal and they denied the claim because I selected the wrong dispute reasoning even though the evidence provided showed the product was damaged.

      PayPal has reached out to me however when I try to reply to the email address it fails. I am not allowed to respond. I reached out to their dispute center to provide me with additional information to pass my complaint on but no response as yet either.

      They denied my dispute even though the evidence is there that I was sent a damaged product. I never received a response that my appeal was closed either and I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone from their executive office as they had advised in their email. They provided me with an email address that they know doesn't work and I had to call their call center yesterday to advise what was going on. The rep told me that someone who get in touch with me within 72 hours. It's not even 24 hours yet and they closed my dispute. I am out of $400 with a damage product that is horrible quality.
