      This company guarantees that if they cannot find a solution they will refund your money. They were unable to resolve the problem and I have not received a refund for the $194 plus dollars that I paid for supposedly 2 years of support service for their netgear unit. It has been over a month and still no refund. Every-time I call they dont even pick up the phone. I reported them to my credit card company as well - still awaiting results.

      Worst customer support ever. Very rude representatives that only wanted to sell me more plans for $150 or more instead of helping me set up a Wi-Fi extender. Dont buy any Netgear products if you expect help without paying more for assistance than you do for the products they sell.

      Bought several Netgear products...Orbi lbr20 used from u.s. cellular and was told over the phone by Netgear to prove it was mine even though the us cellular representative was talking to them asking for ownership transfer...Was told it would cost $150 .... Finally we hung up and found out the app through Android does it for free...Talk about shady....Also bought an ac1000 from ******* brand new, bricked out of box...Called and the require a premium membership to fix it... Which is $300 K.M.A !!!!! Netgear.....As soon as my favorite brand LINKSYS makes a cellular router... You'll never darken my door step ever again!

      Great product, working wonderfully until the 3 month security software in the router expired and Netgear shut the system down, in the process damaging the modem.After paying $350 additional dollars in addition to to the cost of the product to receive ***************** updates, i now have a router, but need to replace the modem.Read the fine print. I would not buy another NetGear product. EVER.

      Worst customer service I have ever had from any company.Switched from an Orbi to a nighthawk. Spend a lot of money and an extended warranty. They have made our lives miserable. Every time you call you start over. They say they ship things they dont ship. They have a different story every single time you call them. We will never ever use them agian.

      Do not buy Netgear Products. They are only warrantied for 90 days and if the product stops working, you have to pay them to help you fix their product. Most electronics companies warranty their equipment for one year, not Netgear because they know this c*** is poor quality and does not work after a few months.

      Products are mediocre, at best, and *************** is abysmal. In my most recent issue, my case was "escalated," and I was promised a callback within ***** hours; instead, less than 30-minutes later, I received an email advising me that, even though I still had a few weeks of free support left, I'd have to purchase premium support for $139 to get my issue resolved. So, "escalating" was just Netgear's cowardly way of getting me off of the chat so that it could send its unethical message via email rather than present it live, via chat, where I would have had the ability to respond, accordingly.

      Was put on hold for 2 hours. Did the online chat and got assistance promptly. Was told I needed a senior tech to call me back. Then nothing. The communication stopped and left me hanging with no other info or guidance.

      If I could give this company zero stars, I would. These guys are the next scam artists of the century. Programmed obsolescence in their product among other things, I have an adapter that quit after four months and (against my better judgement) after buying a new one, THEY DON'T INCLUDE AN INSTALLATION PROGRAM/DISC. It is IN THEIR INSTRUCTIONS that I have to download a program from the internet ON THE COMPUTER THAT NEEDS THE ADAPTER TO BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. This is an absolute joke, and as a *************************, you can guarantee that I will be suggesting against Netgear to any and everyone I know. What a joke.

      Netgear is the ************* ever, Netgear took a payment out on January 3 2023 out of my bank and April 3 2023 out of my bank for $49.99 each without my authorization theyve been giving me the run around to get a refund and they told me I would get refunded for both now theyre telling me only one and keep changing the days that I will get it been going on for a while they are stealing peoples money without them, knowing it, if I could give this zero stars, I would
