I pulled up ****** 4/6/2025 for reference, I googled ********* Security Cover which is what our company manufactures! A company named IBSPOT WEBSITE ************************ CAME UP. It had copied and pasted our exact website, ***************** Our price on **** is $79.00. IBSPOT is charging $179.00. It looks to be International. Please help us report this **** website. I ordered and eventually received two squirrel traps. They were advertised as kill traps, but they turned out to be cheap lightweight plastic devices that are much to weak to cause death to the animal if it becomes trapped. I have been trying to contact this company for over a week in order to request a return and a refund. They do not answer a phone call nor do they return a phone call. I have submitted numerous emails for which they have not responded. I suspect this is a scam operation. I plan to dispute the charge of $157.21 with **************** and also file formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General as well as the ************************. I would appreciate any advice you can provide in order to settle this claim.
