    I placed an online order through ibspot.com. My credit card was charged. I have not received my order. There was no delivery tracking number ever emailed to me. I have not received my order. I have emailed multiple times. I have called and left 2 messages. I have heard nothing back. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company.

    On May first I purchased a vitamin from this website. It cost $60.21. It was supposed to be delivered between the 9th and the 16th. I received a **** tracking number that didn't work and still doesn't. I never received the vitamin or an email about what happened. I've contacted the company and they say sorry and said they'd look into it. I heard nothing. It's now June 13th. I told them 2 weeks ago I would be contacting the BBB and still nothing.

    I need to know how to return misrepresented items I purchased. The items sent were not what was displayed on your website when I placed my orders. The body shop changed their formula for white musk oil and now only offer ***** white musk oil. It is NOT the same as the original, now discontinued white musk oil. The image you displayed on your website was that of the original oil and THAT is what I was placing an order for, NOT the new ***** fragrance. I placed 2 orders IST202316219 3/11/2023 & IST205370320 on 3/14/2023 ** 8 bottles total. This is unacceptable, your company falsely advertised an item and sent me something completely different from what I was shown on your website. That is proven with the screenshot I sent prior to confirming my order and the photo of what was sent to me. That your company doesnt make any money is of no concern to me. Your company having a system error should not be my burden to bare. I spent $320 and did not get what I ordered. So because you dont make any money youre justifying not doing the the right thing and taking back the product you misrepresent, and the financial burden becomes mine. Again this is unacceptable it is terrible customer service and an absolutely terrible way to do business. Again how can I go about returning the ***** white musk oil I didnt request from your company.
