We ordered five cases of Tytan Subfloor Pro Adhesive for resale, which means we were stocking our shelves and not immediately using the product. Product was purchased 16 April, 2025; last week on approximately 28 July 2025, our contractors started complaining about the quality of the product and it not working. Upon further investigation we discovered the product had an 18 month shelf-life and was manufactured in 2022 which meant it was expired when it was shipped to us. Upon contacting the company we were told "Sorry it's past the 30 day return window" even when it was pointed out that it was expired. The response was it is not up to them to inspect every shipment that goes out of their warehouse. It appears as though they are just flipping materials to make a **** as the manufacturing date was listed on the outside of the box so inspection for them would have been fairly easy. We asked for a partial credit as part of it is on us for assuming they would not sell expired product. Still the answer was "Sorry, it's past the 30 day return window."

We just found our listing (we sell on ****** and through our website) on IBspots website. They have used original photos of our product we took. They have not asked for permission or contacted us in any way. They lifted our copy and claim to be selling our product, which is not possible because we have not sold them any of our product.

    Business Response

    Dear Aspen B,
    CC: Mr. ******* ************

Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this matter to our attention.

Please accept our sincere apologies to Mr. ************ for the concern caused by the unauthorized use of his product images and content. We take matters of intellectual property very seriously and deeply regret any misunderstanding or inconvenience this may have caused.

Upon receiving this notice, we promptly located and removed the listing in question from our platform. We would like to clarify that prior to this BBB communication, we had not received any messages from Mr. ************ or from the associated email address *********************** Had we been contacted directly, we would have been glad to resolve the matter immediately.

We are also conducting a broader internal audit to ensure that no other listings related to Mr. ************* brand are present. However, due to occasional system caching or syncing delays, there may be rare instances where removed listings still temporarily appear to end users. Should any additional listings be found, we would be truly grateful if the specific URLs could be shared with us so we can ensure full and permanent removal.

Again, we offer our genuine apologies for the oversight and appreciate both Mr. ************ and the BBB for the opportunity to address this issue. We remain committed to full cooperation, compliance, and a resolution that reflects mutual respect.

Please dont hesitate to reach out if further information is needed.

    Warm regards,
    IBSPOT Legal Team

This company charged me $60 for "authentic ********" replacement nose pads for my reading glasses. They sent fakes that don't secure, have not responded to emails, and are not adhering to the return policy advertised on their website.

I ordered a magnetic catch:XFORT Heavy Duty Magnetic Catch, Concealed Door Magnets Designed for Full Size Doors, Magnetic Catches Will Keep Cupboard, Wardrobe, Sliding and Bifold Doors Securely Shut. Charging me $76.27 plus shipping and taxes totaled $98.48 However, I received and installed a much less expensive product. This company is fraudulently advertising higher quality and expensive products then shipping a cheaper item. The product I received Precision Lock PLS 24 PRO Concealed Magnetic Catch for Light to Heavy Duty Doors with Thickness Greater Than 30 mm (1.18"), Pack of 2 Which can be purchased on ****** for only $24.89 for two items. Making these kinds of profits based on false product offerings is a criminal e-commerce operation and if at scale, the ******************************************** should investigate.

Hello, this company is hijacking my product from my company, ****************************. They're selling it without my permission with my exact listing pictures and description while also advertising it near my own advertisements for the product. The seller is DailyDepot. My product is an IUD pendant. I'm a jewelry designer that literally has made this product to collect proceeds to be affordable for consumer whiles also being A FUNDRAISER for an organization that is in peril - because of this it makes it even more DISGUSTING that they're trying to profit and mimick my product. I need this listing removed immediately. I have been in business 10 years and will be taking legal action if nothing is done about this.
