1 starI tried to set up a reservation in ****** Mississippi and I booked the reservation, I got the confirmation email and it was for a hotel in ****** ******** I immediately contacted the hotel in ******** he canceled everything on his end I contacted super.com did everything they told me to do and they still kept my money stole it from me basically there's a lot better booking agencies than thisReview fromDawn G

5 starsSo far I've used it a couple of times in February and March, without the membership and I still saved at least $40 a night from the best prices. I just joined- now- the super plus for $15 monthly after 5 free days, to save an EXTRA $40. Makes sense! let's see how this works. ????Review fromMichelle A

1 starSeveral $15 fraudulent charges on my account. I did not click/or sighn up for anything. Im also very careful to make sure the tip button is 0$, because they try to charge more. Company trying to rip people off a little here and there hoping some do not notice or bother trying to get it reversed. This company should be investigated, reimburse everyone they have ripped off and terminated.Review fromMichelle H

5 starsI found the best price through this site, in order to extend my current stay booked through Expedia. Saved a good amount of money and the reservation went through without a hitch. Didn't even have to wait 4 hours for it to go through. For those bad reviews. People didnt read everything carefully.Review fromChris M

1 starLess than 1 star! Booked a 1-night stay with the insurance that stated No-Hassle/worry-free 100% refund. And 10 hours later, I need to cancel due to a family concern. They push you to a broken process that wants your BANK ACCOUNT information, even if you used a credit card. I refused to upload that information, so I went to chat, and they said that is their process, then they discontinued the chat. I tried to call them, but the phone number is no longer in service. Then I did some research on Reddit and found another number that worked, but they still will not refund my "no-hassle/no worry" insured stay for any reason. The insurance did not work; they wanted "proof" and a doctor's note (ummm, HIPAA?) to confirm. The lady kept pushing back and said that it's their process to obtain my bank account information. I asked her if she would feel comfortable giving her bank account information if she used a credit card, and she wouldn't answer the question, because she knows that's a bit shady. Then they signed me up for some $15/month membership that I did not sign up for, and that was incredibly difficult to cancel as well. Their process was broken, and you had to talk to someone for 20 minutes to get it cancelled. Lastly, there is a high potential for them to double charge you, as I have seen on my ****** report, but I am waiting to see if it processes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Learn from my $250 mistake.

1 starI purchased the cancelation policy. Realizing only minutes after booking my room I used the wrong location. Super.com would not allow me to cancel under the fine print of their cancelation policy. It seems there are only certain reasons that qualify or define "a cancelation" in their dictionary. This is rather outrageous.Super.com
