1 starIf I can leave zero stars I would!!Super.com stole my money and I cant get a refund. I cant get a hold of customer service and I cant get a receipt. This has been super frustrating..I booked with super.com, I paid for their subscription as well as I paid for my hotel in full 597.67$. Once I arrived to my hotel they told me I needed to pay 650.26$. I asked why I needed to pay that much and they said thats their rate for the hotel. I then told them that i had already paid in full through super.com and then they told me that super.com never applied the prepaid credit card for them to charge it so that i have to pay in full. I was frustrated and tried to contact super.com customer service and got no where. So then I had to pay is full again 650.26$ on top of the 597.67$ because at that point I had already arrived at my destination and I was far from home. Super.com has since failed to contact me nor send me a receipt of payment for 597.67$.Super.com is a scam and they will take your money and not respond to you. Your are better offer booking directly from the hotel website.
