    Very much a scam. All prices on super are said to be 50% off however, you can find even cheaper prices through other 3rd party companies as well. They recommend you pay $15 for their membership, but its almost like the more you book a hotel, the more the price increases. Being a member does not assist/help with anything. Even tho you pay that, if you book and need to modify, cancel, or expect refund, they still expect you to pay an additional $13 JUST TO BE able to cancel and if you do not, well youre SOL. Youll wait on hold for customer service agents for more than *****+, never available right away and mostly agents outside of ** who only offer apologies for inconvenience. I never recommend places you spend so much money on, still need to pay membership fees, and dont get any incentives that actually help you with what you need. I do not recommend AT ALL

    I booed my hotel room for one night with arrival about midnight as I was going to a funeral in ********. My flight was cancelled at around 11 pm, I called the hotel to advise them that I was not coming, but they could not cancel my reservation as it was booked through a 3rd party, Super.com. The website has no phone number to call and talk to a person, your can only do a chat. They pretty much blew me off saying that it was me, who had to ask the hotel to send them an email with the hotel logo and contact information and a statement that the hotel has approved the cancellation free of charge as well as the name and designation of the hotel representative who approved the ***************, they acted as a travel agent, but it is on me to deal with the cancellation. NEVER again I will use this website and I do not recommend it to anybody
