1 starI made a reservation, got to the motel and they said I didnt pay for my reservation yet I had an email showing I paid on the app. I had to rent another half an hour away and when I got to that location, the motel had been closed for 3 years. Im still waiting, 2 weeks later, for my refund.

2 starsAlthough I received a good price on a booking I feel that I was taken advantage of because I automatically got signed up for a subscription that I did not know about. Apparently the reason the price was good was that it was adding a subscription. So the discount meant absolutely nothing after they got their money back through the notorious "premium service". Best part about this service (sarcasm) is that they give credits while never using the website again to validate a reason to not give you a refund.Super.com
