    They started me on a 15 dollar membership I did not sign up for whatsoever. Somehow they got my debit card info and overdrafted me.

    After filing my last claim, I realized that not only did I get charged that last time, but since June 2024, they have sent me into overdraft as well. They started with a 1.96 charge and have charged me 15 a month every month since June. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I never signed up for this and did not authorize, let alone reoccurring automatic payments.

    i was basically scammed out of 73.64. I was not able to utilize the booking reservation I made and even with speaking to an agent who enured me it could be resolved it was not. After finally speaking to a supervisor after 3 days I was told I could not get refunded being the reservation charged them. Its not fair while having issues checking in i contacted super.com and the agent spoke with the hotel agent who offered a fee free cancellation but the super agent told him not to cancel it being it was only for one day and it would be considered a penalty charge, but he ensured me he would be able to handle it. The supervisor told me the charge couldnt be refunded being they have to pay to make bookings which is outrageous that the charge is the amount of the room.

    I was charged $81.22 for one night. When I got to the hotel they told me that they didn't have my reservation and that super com is a scam. They did not honor my reservation. I reached out to super.com and they told me that I stayed the night at my reservation that is not true. The manager told me y'all can call the hotel and they will tell you how many times super com has supposedly made a reservation and it was a scam. So I had to pay an extra $215 that night at another hotel. I think they should have to pay me the refund and for the extra money I had to spend at another hotel. I don't care how small this amount is I will contact a lawyer if not resolved!

    My daughter booked a hotel using my card and when she got confirmation the dates were changed so we called super.com within 3 minutes and they refuse to take accountability and also charged an unathorized user on my card but problem is the dates that they change, it edits dates if the ones you choose aren’t available.. this is very deceptive! They gave us thr run around and asked us to call the hotel when we talk to ****** they said super.com and their likes always do this and that we would need to call them back as they’re the ones to issue the refund. We called super.com back and they refuse to refund or edit change dates at the very least. After going back and forth we are frustrated with the deceptive company and would like a refund of $130 charged to my card!! The people working here is hard to communicate with as there’s a language barrier and it just frustrates and exhausts customers and makes us want to give up but we are determined to get our money back. I can see over 1700 complaints and most being this same issue!

    I used Super.com for a hotel reservation for the ***** ***** ********** for 05/18/25-05/19/25 and was charged $345.98. After checkout, the hotel charged me the true rate of $266.82, causing two separate, different charges for the same stay. Super.com apparently charged me a higher rate and didn’t actually do anything to communicate the room was already paid for with their initial reservation. The company also substantially overcharged the room rate as $277.15 instead of the true rate of $213.00 that ***** actually charges. Super.com has been insanely difficult to get a hold of and I believe this is a fraudulent company that charges customers to make hotel reservations on their behalf and then keeps the higher, extra charge when customers check out and are truly billed by hotels. I’d like this to be reviewed by Super.com and a full refund issued for the extra charge of $345.98 that has no basis/purpose.

    Super+ charges show on my account taken by my old debit card and when i got a new card they showed up on my new card!. I want to know where they are getting my information from. I did not sign up, buy anything or authorize these charges. From what I can tell, they started in December 2024 and have been withdrawn monthly. These are obviously fraudulent charges that need to be removed / refunded and additionally I need to be removed from whatever subscription they claim I signed up for. I've never even heard of super.com. prior to today.

    I am rejecting this response because: I want a full refund for every cent that you have taken from my bank account without my permission! I never signed up for this scam or any trial and I definitely did not ever give you the information for either of my cards. I still want to know how and where you got my information from because it was not me. I want a full refund of the 45 for the previous card, 45 for my current card and the 1.97 from the 12/16/2024 initial time that my card was ran without my permission.

    I made a reservation and when I got my confirmation email I clicked the number and it showed canceled. I called their customer service **** and was told yes it was canceled by their system but she didn't know why and to do it again but they had already got paid so I wasn't paying again. So instead of her fixing it they took my money for a hotel that didn't even have a reservation for me. Looks like a common fraudulent way they do business after I researched them. It's shameful and no one should ever do business with this company.. ****** .

    May 20 2025 This website changes the date of the booking upon submission with no ability to confirm before submission or modify as required by 508. Clearly the website changes the date upon submission and after two hours of kindly speaking with super.com customer service and chatting on the chat bot. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes three times and nobody ever picked back up. They refused to adjust my reservation back to today which is the date I entered. The website changes the date to two days from now. No way to change it. No confirmation before submitting to check for errors and customer service just kindly leaves you on hold until after you call back a few times and they finally refuse to correct their website error.

    My debit card was recently charged by Super.com. Once on May 12, 2025, for $1.97 and again on May 16, 2025, for $15. I have never visited your website prior to these charges and did not authorize any payments or sign up for any subscriptions. I would like to understand why these charges occurred and am requesting a full refund for both transactions. Thank you.

    Charged me 80+ dollars for a hotel that wouldn't let me stay. Then they keep trying to charge me 15$ for a membership I never signed up for.
