  I've lived here since Sept of 2024. I realize it's not a long time,but the time I've been here has been fine. The office girls are friendly,give my pup Bandit treats when he pulls me to the office to see his " girls". He absolutely adores them. Maintenance has been very quick with requests,very pleasant and also Bandits favorite people. The location can't be beat,you're within walking distance of everything, and I mean everything! Granted,the apts are older,but for me they are fine. I have good neighbors and everyone is friendly.

  Don't use this company. Very sketchy and hard to work with. Does not work with you on fraud complaints. My login and account information (name and email) was changed by someone other than me, and I never was able to access my online account profile after that. Did not help my credit, at the end of the day, made my situation worse. Steer clear. Potentially predatory company. At least not so secure.

  Prosper is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They charge late fees when you're not late. They closed my account so I have to call to make a payment but they send me emails telling me I can log on to make payments. I can't log on because the account is closed. They have given me nothing but grief.

  They are raising the annual fee from $39 to $59 in August. I have never been late or missed a payment. Called customer service and they were rude and unhelpful. My option is to pay off balance and cancel account before August. Closing an account will hurt my credit score but I will be free from this awful company.

  Oh, Prosper, you've taken the art of scamming to new heights - or should I say, depths? Here's my satirical, yet oh-so-accurate, take on this so-called peer-to-peer lending platform:1. The Illusion of Prosperity:They call themselves "Prosper," but the only one prospering here is the company itself. It's like naming a snake oil salesman "Dr. ******** You sign up, hoping for financial growth, but end up harvesting losses.2. The Interest Rate Rollercoaster:Their interest rates are more unpredictable than the weather in a British summer. You think you're getting a good deal, but it's like buying a lottery ticket where you're guaranteed to lose.3. The Fee Carnival:Fees? They've got more fees than a carnival has games. There's an origination fee, a late payment fee, a "we felt like it" fee, and my personal favorite, the "you dared to check your balance" fee.4. Approval? More Like Disapproval:Getting approved for a loan at Prosper feels like being accepted into an exclusive club, but then you find out it's a club where the initiation is signing over your soul. They approve you, but the terms? They're worse than a medieval debt contract.5. ****************** A Black Hole:Their customer service might as well be located in the center of a black hole. You call, you email, you try smoke signals - nothing. When you do get through, it's like talking to someone who's been trained to speak in riddles.6. The "Prosper" Pledge - Empty Promises:They promise you'll prosper, but what they deliver is a masterclass in financial despair. It's like they pledge to make your life easier, then hand you a shovel and point to a ditch.7. The Loan Disbursement - A Waiting Game:Waiting for your loan to be disbursed is like waiting for a bus in the middle of nowhere. It's coming, they say, but then the sun sets, rises, and sets again, and still, no bus... I mean, no loan.

  I got the Prosper Credit Card about 5 months ago with a $ ***** credit limit. No explain today 01/10/2025 they cut my credit limit to $500.00. I have an excellent payment record. I close this account today. Don't want to deal a dirty company like them. What I read today what happen to me they do to a lot people. Don't get a Prosper Credit Card

  If I could leave no stars I would!! *** had my card for years, had a 2k limit. Ive been paying my full balance off every month. I mainly use the card for Green Chef, my familys meals. I made a payment of $984 on the 1st, and they dropped my credit limit to $500!!! I called l, no manager, I talked to a supervisor who told me it was because of a report from the credit bureauthats wrong. I asked for a copy of said report, he told me that hed have to ask if they could send me a copy. Ask?? Then he said it was for credit utilization. ALL of my cards are paid off. I thought this was a great company..but I was wrong. I am LIVID! This is how they repay their customersby s******* them over and then s******* their credit. I have just a few small credit cards. So the credit line drop is going to impact me. I am going to go on every social media and every where else I can find Prosper listed and warn whoever will listen to NEVER GET A CARD FROM PROSPER!! **************** is horrible and you cant get ahold of anyone that can do somethingtickets that are never answeredHow do they have an A rating with all the complaints-none answered, no responses

  The are truly the greatest SCAM out there. STAY AWAY! my minimum payment on 500 was 50 dollars and every month my interest on the amount t I've spent was 50 dollars so today I went to check my card and it's almost maxed out. Because the minimum payment wasn't even covering the monthly 50 dollar charge on using 200 dollars. Straight scam!

  They told me I overstated my income because I claimed my rental property. I don't have a mortgage on the property I own it outright. Since when is rental income not considered income? Scam likely they got all of my information and then told me I oversttated my income like I have to lie about my income. They're the liars and scanners. I wish I had never uploaded my information I do not trust what they've done.

  They first send me multiple offers, then approved me for a loan and had we sign, did hard pull on my credit and then denied loan for no reason.
