      They raised the minimum yearly payment from $39 to $59 after multiple years with no notification. Thankfully, my credit score is $751 now which is much higher than it was when I applied for this card. I think I'm going to close it

      I received a letter in the mail from Prosper credit about receiving a credit limit up to 2500. I applied and got approved at first for 1500. They said if I did direct deposit through my bank they would waive the $40 annual fee.I did so and my account changed to $1400 and I would get the card in 7-10 business days. While still waiting for the card I had a problem with logging in to my account. I called customer service to fix the problem. The agent on the phone couldnt resolve the issue so he escalated the issue for me. I waited about an hour and found my available credit was reduced to $700. I called the customer service agent to cancel the card since I didnt agree with the bait and switch way Prosper credit did business with me.

      Called about **************************************************** ********** after losing my wallet when I live in ******* the **** just waste my time and called yesterday to and made the payment so it doesnt hit my credit and instead they just reported that I owe the $22 instead of marking it paid crazy

      This company will damage your CREDIT REPORT SCORE!!! The phone app does not function properly! It will tell you your payment is processed and then the next day it will say it failed! You CAN NOT MAKE EARLY PAYMENTS. You have a 3 week window to make payments ONLY. I CAN GO ON AND ON! DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT CARD!

      I applied for a loan through this company. I asked for a certain amount, they offered me a higher amount which I accepted. They asked for me to pay a fee for the loan and insurance, total $750, to be sent by a Bitcoin machine. I sent the first fee. Then they told me I had to send it again because it was not a sole transaction. I had sent the fee in two transactions. I asked to have the money refunded and cancel the loan. They told me they could not do it because the process had already begun. They are asking for another $750 to be completed in one transaction. I do not want to do that because, if it turns out that the machine stops in mid-transaction, like before, they will not accept the two transactions and I'm out more money! They will not accept that I want to cancel the loan. I do not want to deal with this company! They are not fair!

      I bought 2 e bikes using my Prosper card by **********. The company never sent me the bikes. The company is a scam. I'm being told that I'm going to be held accountable for this money when it was a scam and it clearly reads on *********** website that they're protections in place. Prosper credit has done nothing to help me with this. But originally gave me my $698 back then charge me again for $698 a month later stating that the company I bought the e-bikes from gave them the criteria they ask for. I didn't realize this until I looked at my statement earlier tonight. But I have no e-bikes, the website I bought the e-bikes off of doesn't exist anymore. It was shut down by ****** a month ago. So I'm going to file a police report tomorrow. I can't believe Prosper paid out to this company that doesn't exist and I found out the payment went to *******. There are no protections for you using Prospers credit card. I don't know how they get away with this using the ********** logo I will be contacting ********** next. So over 20 days have gone by since they paid this scam of a company and I'm just finding out about this now. I never received anything in my email, in the app or even snail mail.

      I have had a credit card with them and earned a 600 hundred credit increase. Then I applied for a loan with them, which I did not follow through with because they require you to give them your bank account user name and password! THEN they DECREASED the credit limit on the credit card, so I now have no available credit on the credit card. I would say stay away from them. I will as soon as I can.

      Terrible company with even worse customer service.. After paying my card to 0 balance they cut the limit by 75 percent.. so I closed the account..

      They have $500 dollars of my money. Each time I reach out via email or call, I get nowhere. They don’t email back. And the phone response they give me each time is that someone will call me back in 24-48 hours and nobody ever does. All I want to do is change my linked bank account. Their website does not give me the option to do it myself! Terrible service. Wouldn’t be surprised is there is criminal activity there. I may just give up on my $500 which is probably what they want….

      Do not get a card with Prosper. They have the incorrect birthdate on my account and I have tried to get it fixed for 3 months now. I have sent them my drivers license 15 times and still it is not fixed. Now my card is locked and I cannot use it. I spoke to an attorney and he said that I am not responsible for the account if my correct information is not there. I have called them every day for the last week and still nothing is fixed. Good Luck Prosper getting your money !! NEVER USE PROSPER FOR ANYTHING
