  Offered loan at interest I accepted then my application was suddenly cancelled. Was informed that it was a computer glitch and I could reapply which I did but offer came at a higher rate than the initial one. Ask Prosper to honor the first offer due to the fact that it was their fault. Prosper vehemently refused.

  Don't do it! They canceled my card, with no warning, and didn't tell me that it was blocked. Now I'm on auto-pay and they claim they can't remove it because THEY closed the account. I'm on the phone with them right now. And they have to create a ticket. It's been over a month with this. This company can change your eligibility to have their card whilst you're still using it! Scam artists. This isn't prosperity, it's exactly the opposite.Credit One and ******************* are better choices. This company is just terrible. **************** is dreadful. Now, I'll have to contact my bank and/attorney to stop them from taking money from my account. Or, I may have to get a whole new debit card. This is ridiculous.

  Worst card ever!!!After being a customer for 2 yrs, they lowered my available from $2,100 to $500 a week before Christmas, and 2 weeks after my monthly balance was paid in full. I was sent a letter that said the reason for my credit reduction was due to timeline delinquencies. I have autopay set on pay full balance, and *** never missed a payment. Dont trust this company with your money.

  They swindled me out of $990.00 Fortunately my bank saw the frad happening and shut my account down before they got more...Very shaky company...Be aware...Do not use them, they are thieves...

  Credit Karma advised I have a good chance to get a loan via Prosper. I applied to consolidate debt. All documents says the fund in 24 hours. Nope! It has been 9 days and my account is in review document status. I called after 3 days and was verbally told I was approved and would have money in 3 to 5 busines days. Today is day 5, called again. Review team told me it is 14 days for them to get funding, THEN the 3 to 5 days starts. WHAT?!? that is not what any of their emails or docs say. I feel I was totally misled, I expected to have funds by now and no one there can tell me when I will have funds. No one there knows, just canned responses. I requested a manager, no one available. ******* sent an internal note and said someone will call me. We will see.Do not go with them if you want/need funds fast. And no I cannot cancel at this point.So frustrated. They need to learn how to communicate, upfront and honestly.

  Worst customer service from any company I ever dealt with. I was approved for a 25k loan and accepted. I called to see if Prosper could do any better on rates and the customer service rep cancelled my loan. There was a language barrier and quite clear the rep ***** fluent in English. I called a supervisor and they told me to make a new account with different email which I did and have email proof of Prosper saying that. When I went to accept new loan it said my account was suspended because of multiple accounts. When I called back and got another manager I was told theres nothing they could do. So for following the instructions by an incompetent customer service reps my account is locked, and since they did hard credit pulls my loan options from other companies or no longer available and the companies that will still extend me credit rates increased because of the Prosper debacle. I had a previous loans with Prosper where I didnt have the need to interact with customer service and never had an issue. There is no answer from corporate phone and no response from any emails sent to corporate.

  My credit card was used several times and has been continuously currently even though the card has been reported stolen I am still getting notifications that a charge with attempted somewhere else and prosper has failed as a company to shut that card off entirely and for me not to get notifications anymore even though I have called it in as a stolen card from their security breach and the operator stated that there was a mass fraud setup going on in their system and many real tailors that I contacted to find out who was using my number there stated that prosper itself as well had some kind of security breach going on the operator on the phone stated they did not have a security breach they should be fully responsible and held to the fullest extent of any law possible to make sure that their clients receive free credit monitoring because of their security breach I would definitely not recommend prosper credit or any of their other services to anyone ever beware beware beware their security is very Lacks prosper you are more than welcome to reach out to me however from all the reviews that I have seen you are going to try to cover it up and basically lie your way out of things and have you me as your clientele waste more valuable time to go ahead and correct an issue that is yours and not mine and for you to continuously lie to my face that you do not have a security breach when the fact of the matter is that you do you have failed your clients as a company as a whole

  Yes I don't have a low score not to get a loan not even a personal one at that this company is a joke I have a credit score of 677 threw Experian what are you doing Prosper they keep denying me cause of that and I don't use credit cards No this company needs an F rating.

  Worst loan company there is. Dont waste your time with going to them. Every step of my loan process was hellish and was never made a single bit easier through it.
