    This company has the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with in 43 years on this planet. When purchasing a flight with United, the Uplift checkout website glitched and asked me to try again, which I did. It went through fine the second time and low and behold, Uplift now said I had two loans with them. After FOUR MONTHS of fighting and emailing and calling and sending screen shots that United said I only had one ticket, they finally agreed to remove the false loan and then scolded ME on the late fees they were waiving as a "courtesy". No, that is not a courtesy that loan was not valid. YOUR website glitched, YOU told me to try again, I bought ONE flight which I paid in full as soon as I could just to be DONE with them. Every single person I have ever talked to at this company is BEYOND rude. Everyone has a horrific attitude. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this company! I will never. EVER. Use or recommend this service to anyone. EVER.

    I am giving them a 2/5. Although I always get approved I do not like that there is no live agent. Carnival told me my refund was sent to Uplift. There is no refund page or status as indicated with automated system. I am not sure I will be using them after I pay them off. I have sent 2 emails with 1 response being very generous & not unique to my situation. This is not god customer service.

    I was approved for Uplift and decided to use it for the first time to book a flight. The airline completely changed my flight time which conflicted with my schedule. The airline did not offer any other flights that would accommodated my schedue without extending the travel time by several hours with long layovers. Needless to say, I decided to cancel that flight. The airline processed the refund to Uplift. Bottomline, Uplift can be beneficial when flights are not canceled or changed. Otherwise, it's money down the drain. You end up paying for something that you can't use. The only good thing (I was one of the fortunate ones after reading many reviews) is that they processed my refund in a timely manner. At the end of the day, this was a costly ******* I will NOT use this service again. The reason for the 3 stars is because there is NO real customer support or live person you can speak to and there are NO protections for the customer if the airline makes changes to a flight or if a flight is canceled. NEVER AGAIN!!

    Started off great with Uplift , had several loans with them . I recently applied for a loan and was denied for this reason Application information could not be verified I sent an email asking why, when all of my information is correct. This was their response We have received your Uplift inquiry in regard to your denied application. At this time we regret to inform you based on the information you provided, Uplift has disabled your ability to obtain further financing through Uplift.So now they are disabling me . I emailed asking for a reason why and called. They keep telling me they dont know why . And keep referring me to term of use . When I have done nothing wrong. I have always paid my loans on time. I asked for corporate, they stated they dont have corporate. They have done this same thing with several people I know , they didnt get a chance to be an uplift customer, they disabled them right away, when their info was correct. Im just very disappointed. I did enjoy being an uplift customer, but according to them Im disable now.

    Please don't use Uplift for your purchases. Never had these kind of issues with AFFIRM. I was just overcharged due to an error on the company's part. There is NO customer service to contact and you will need to contact using email only. There is no resolution for issues as there is no representative to assist and the company does not care. This was my first and last time using Uplift.

    I registered for a course and went for a loan with uplift. Immediately the loan was approved I decided not to go through with the course and called uplift. Also called the provider of the service as their refund policy says I dont have to be penalized if I dont go ahead. Its been over 30 days and I am stuck with a loan I never used. Now uplift is on me to pay a loan. Its been back and forth with uplift and careerera. Wish i never started this whole thing

    My flight was cancelled due to weather just before Christmas. I have been waiting for a refund since that time. I was first told it would be a Zelle refund, then informed a cheque would be mailed, then after not receiving anything and inquiring again, told I would receive the funds via an Electronic Funds Transfer. I have provided all information required and was told the transfer was completed successfully, but I have not received the funds. I have emailed and called countless times. Something seems fraudulent here. I requested contact from the supervisor yesterday, which has not resolved anything. I am owed a substantial amount of money and not sure how to proceed. This experience has been incredibly time consuming and frustrating and I will not be using Uplift again.

    I must leave 1 Star but don't deserve that! Do not use this company, recommended by Carnival Cruise I tried to book a cruise for August 2023, since it was a special deal before Jan 3rd 2023, Carnival Rep suggested Uplift, Same as cash monthly payment.Something came up so I had the insurance with Carnival (with no returned money). Carnival sent me a cancelation letter Jan 24th 2023.I contact Uplift about the cancelation, they told me to call Carnival. This has been going on for 2 ****************************** refuse to cease charging for a cruise from Carnival that has been cancel. Uplift claims the $2364 Loan must be paid by me for not not taking the cruise but Uplift need to get their loan money.Sent today from Uplift;Thinking about cancelling your purchase?     I dont appreciate the bait-and-switch with my loan terms. I will be sure to alert everyone possible to this practice. I was approved for under $600/month for 24 months and then charged ******* for 11 months. Thats quite a huge difference. So much that it seems underhanded and usurious. I have cancelled my loan application but feel it necessary to lodge a complaint against this questionable practice. I dont expect anything to come from this complaint but I hope there is a review of these practices.

    DO NOT USE UPLIFT! I have been contacting them for months in order to access my account. They continue to tell me to try again in 4 days, despite using the same phone number. I have no access to my accounts or contracts. I cant view past or upcoming payments. Each time they send me an automated email response and I have spoken to no one. I am putting a stop to all payments because I believe they are fraudulent.
