    Flex pay lets me book a ticket and pay it off before I even travel but the comfort of knowing I locked in at a good price. And flex pay lets me pay it off is wonderful & stress free! Thanks for being awesome & making my travel planning easy

    Hello,Can't stop monthly membership fee debit.Have not received credit back to my bank card for apartment refund after move out. Got move out refund deposit letter from apartment.

    Awful customer service. My account was recently transferred from Uplift and they had my old phone number on file. When trying to contact Flexpay/upgrade with this change, the whole thing turned into a fiasco and I wont ever utilize this company again. I tried contacting them by phone, no way to get through to an actual person. I emailed them and they asked me for my old number, new number, last 4 of my social and my date of birth. I sent that to them. Now they want a ****** picture of me holding a piece of paper with my account information written out, which they gave to me in the email, and a copy of the front and back of my ID. Just to have my phone number changed, all of this after I gave them the initial batch of information. They claim that its to protect my account, but I didnt need all that to open it and they gave me the information they needed me to write out in the email, so how is that secure in any way? They need to adjust their process and not make their customers feel like criminals, just to have a phone number updated. 0/10 would not recommend.

    Service is straightforward and easy to understand. Fees can be high if you choose a long repayment plan but they usually offer several options to mitigate that. ** recommend this service for sure
