    No one in this corporation can explain to me why adverse letter says unable to verify identity. They automatically assume it's due to my credit but the letter doesn't state that.Their response is to contact Equifax or to pay for your trip. How do you have a whole system set up to say that every time i apply when I've used this in the past and my information has not changed. No one is literate enough to understand that I've called Equifax and they told me my information is verified in their system. So how can the issue be solved when you have more than one customer complaining about this issue? No live number to get ahold of anyone. No solution provided except the excuse you are given via email which is to call Equifax or reapply or pay for your trip! The worst customer service experience ever!

We do acknowledge the frustration regarding this matter however as we have outlined, the necessary action to determine why we cannot verify your identity is to work with Equifax to ensure the information you are submitting matches their records as well. This includes the full name, current address, social security number, and more used when applying.
