    I have had several paid in full loans. Now tgey are saying cant verify my identity. How? Im logged in to my account and im using the same information as the 2 other loans. No way to speak to anyone. Horrible

    I made all my payments on time and all I can say, I'd use them again. They've came through for me and yes it's high interest. However if you read the documents you agree to, it states you still pay for the interest/loan. No confusion when you read what you sign for.

    This is a scam company!! They will mess up your credit score and lie to you. DO NOT USE UPLIFT!!!

    Terrible company with zero customer service. They give you a phone number, email and chat option. The phone number gives you two options which are both recorded replys and no option to speak with anyone. The email is useless and there's been zero reply. There is no option to chat!

    I used uplift for most of my travel, but I unfortunately lost my job and wasn't able to pay. So I did the mature thing and call spoke to a customer service rep and was told that there is nothing that uplift can do and that unneeded to borrow the money before my accounts get charged off. Well I finally landed a job and I made a payment on two of the three loans. The third loan I requested a payoff . They gave me a 30 day payoff. Well the next day I logged in and guess what? Two of the three are charged off. I'm still going to pay. I'm making it a priority to do so in full by January 31. I'm not going to shoot uplift down because they were definitely there for me when I wanted to travel. But I will say this company needs to train people to have compassion *** there clients. Give them a second chance before running off to the credit bureau and making the situation worst. It's hard enough people are losing jobs becoming homeless and everything.

    I'd given zero stars if allowed, just like they give zero #$%* about their customers. After a very lengthy illness with my child, it slipped my mind on paying. When I realized what was happening I called. They wouldn't do anything to help. The rude CS actually said ****** money from someone else. Like wth. Everyone is struggling and I needed ONE more day. She said too bad they will report it to credit no matter what. Absolutely no compassion. I wish I read all these reviews prior to using this place.

    Please I repeat please don't use uplift use affirm. As you can see with many other complaints the refund issue is a huge problem with this company. Royal Caribbean refunded the wrong account which was clearly Royal carribeans mistake and I was penalized on my credit for it. I then sent a big amount to cover the late payments while Royal carribean started the investigation and instead of putting it towards the late payments they put it towards the balance. I also sent correspondence/ proof to the grievance team to show the what was happening and they still denied my request to fix there mistake and on top of that there customer service is absolutely horrible. It's very discouraging to penalize a customer for another corporations mistake. ***** ***** needs to get ahold of this ASAP

As disclosed in the Credit Reporting Details document sent to you directly at the time of taking out the loan, and as is our policy, Uplift communicated payment reminders and past due notices to you by phone, email, and SMS on several occasions. While we understand your frustration, Uplift has complied with the law in its reporting.

    If I made you aware of the situation with proof of date canceled I should not be held accountable once it's refunded it should've been out of my hands. You guys are corrupt and immoral with how you handle business.

    At first it was a good option for emergency travel but now, your just stuck with stress and issues from them. My father used this service for funeral reasons but now, he has two loans on this account for the one flight??? Now we are trying to get it removed and its the run around; we need to speak to air ****** to refund uplift however, air ****** won't do it becase uplift needs to speak to them. Total garbage. We just want the extra loan removed and they see it but they want to be refunded from air ****** first. This is a company to company issue. Imagine going on a flight two months ago and still stressing about it. My advice, the dead will forgive you; do not use this option no matter what! You can barely even speak to a live person; everything is automated.

    What an absolute JOKE! Just like so many others who have left reviews here, I went through the process and was "pre-approved". I was so excited!! I was going to book a ***** for my ************ as a Christmas gift to him this year. Using the monthly payment method, he would be less likely to notice I had spent this money, thus ruining my surprise!! I wasted over an hour of my time finding just the right cruise for us. I went through the entire booking process just to come to the payment screen, choose UpLift as my payment method and IMMEDIATELY received an email that said "Thanks, but no thanks!". What?!! I was FURIOUS to say the least!!! I DO NOT recommend this company at all! Something seems fishy about this whole operation! I'm not sure how they have managed to receive an A+ rating with the BBB, but I call bullsh*t!!
