    Racist racist and racist. If anyone stands against racism they just ban you. Its a racist community with racist moderators and the whole thing is basically a sham for hate and bias. I stood up to the racists who went after a post by a Spanish person. These animals were like a pack of wild hyenas. Apparently mods are quite okay with that. But standing up against it and you're banned. This site is nothing more than a melanin hating and shaming site from h*** Why are all my neighbors assholes? And why do the mods align with this behavior? Oh well, better things to do. Such a stupid app with even dumber mods. Stay away unless you REALLY hate yourself and everyone else.

    I am approaching 70 years of age. I am a retired teacher, teacher assistant and a published writer in several places including Chicken Soup of the Soul. I have my own WordPress Site. I write about the past and present including many Chicago Stories and having sharing on Nextdoor. I used to thousands of views...now those articles have been banned and I have a read only account even after a review. Never had a problem on ********, Instagram, *******, ********* and ********. I am sadly disappointed especially when my articles have researched providing the best links. I am contributing writer for the Patch and those have been as well.

    Nextdoor is a completely one-sided neighborhood site. The moderators are completely unaware of different point of views and the minute something is posted that they disagree with or they "feel" that is against their political views they block or suspend your account. If it wasn't for double standards they'd have no standards at all.Nextdoor is run by people who basically set up a site for transplanted whiners, complainers, and gripers and are more than happy to enable these sad people. I won't be back to listen to Nextdoor or their unhappy, sick residents.

    Can I leave -1 stars? My Mother passes away and I list a bunch of things for my Father and they suspend me because apparently I posted something twice. Their system provides me an image of why with nothing but blanks which tells me it is a Next Door system issue, nonetheless, they tell me I posted something twice. FB catches that for you, not pathetic nextdoor. They suspend me again, this time for a WHOLE YEAR. No one replies back any longer even though I provide proof and reason for their error in judgement and in the event they are correct, their system does not have a search to see if you have posted something already. My eyes get tired scrolling and I am trying to sell things for my widowed father!see what has already been posted and your platform doesn't have a search capability. If you dont believe me about my mom just search **** Kay ******* Please, I am begging you. Nothing I have done has been egregious and any double post would be an honest mistake. I haven't spammed anyone, I haven't used any questionable language, I haven't misrepresented anything that I have sold. Nothing. Next Door is a horrible evil company with customer service that will ban not only you for being on the platform, but from ever emailing them again. 15 replies ignored after giving me canned replies and ignoring details I provide them. NEXT DOOR = EVIL

    These people have my email; have my official name and i believe phone number. I gave them nothing. They stole everything and said "welcome to your account."Do not know how they got this information. I take a lot of precautions and preventative measures to prevent fraud. These are top tier fraudsters

    I used next door for my area in ************* nc ***** and I have a **** name I go by and they ended my profile saying because of my name.I'm against Terrorism and living a life where I had to use social media to mention to people I needed social media to keep myself safe but they won't even let me login or create a new profile for my protection and everyday life.I'm being discriminated by more then people to close to and people don't realize the harm they are doing in communications to everyone.I don't trust social media in ******* because the risks involved with Terrorism and misrepresentation I have more worth then they have in theor lives but they don't treat people right.I'm taking this as advice Told them I wouldn't need their teams that it's not right If anything happens to me I blame social media sites I've been on

    Corporate speech control infiltration of every community. They dont allow any speech they consider political even when it obviously is locally relevant. They say they allow free political speech in their groups but when you do so they will penalize and cancel your account. They use ANONYMOUS moderators who harass and silence your speech. Anonymity breeds bias. And since this is a corporate for profit company you can imagine who they choose as their moderators! F this app.

    No response now and bad customer service response before, to a very valid safety concern. I do not recommend to anyone especially those with a safety concern (they require personal information including legal name and address)

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. This website is filled with racists who defend other racists. I posted about a chief of police officer of ********** parish ********* who told a black man he needs to get back to the fields and not only was my posts taken down 3 times, but the majority of the people came to his defense. I appealed multiple times but the moderators are also racists. They claimed I WAS THE DISCRIMINATORY ONE! Welcome to *********. This website is trash and you might as well not sign up unless youre looking to connect with your local klan member.

    They actually kicked me off because of my name. Can I really help with my parents name me? And they kicked me off for that and then wouldn't allow me to change it in any way. It says to click on appeal but you can't. I hate this app I will never use it again.
